Your condo is on the 4th floor of the much desired mid-rise buildings. This means it is all on one floor, not a townhouse. You don't have to walk up steps to get to your bedroom or to see the Gulf. With the tropical decor and the cool colors of the Gulf surrounding you, inside and out, you will instantly be transformed into vacation mode when you step in the door. BOTH your bedroom and living room face the Gulf. You sit on your balcony in barstool height chairs so that you can take in the BREATHTAKING view of the beach and water, unblocked by the railing. Something else - if you are going to be married on the best wedding spot in PCB, this is a perfectly romantic honeymoon suite for you. If you are a "snowbird" staying for a few months, you will love the comfort of the KING SIZE bed for your stay.

There's the famous Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, the Ron-Jon's Surf Shop, Dillard's, Penney's, Target, Merle Norman, Ulta and lot's more upscale shops. They have brought the Miracle Strip of old back. Rides, Rides, Rides. We are located close to many restaurants, grocery stores and liquor stores. We had a wonderful time! The two of us were looking for somewhere in the Panama City area that gave us the feeling of being in a more secluded beach. This property is very secluded from the road, but with a short drive you can be right in the middle of the action of Panama City Beach. The resort is mostly surrounded by water and the other side is beach houses in a guard kept gated community. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay with all the hype of Panama City Beach just a couple of minutes outside the gate, this place is definately worth looking into. We booked a week for the next summer the day we returned home!

We really enjoyed this short vacation. Love the condo and the ocean. I liked that is was quiet and farther away from the main part of PCB. We watched a great sunset our last night. We would come back again.

WE had a great time on our vacation here @ your condo! Thanks so much for letting us share in your cozy vacation home. It was much cleaner than many condos we've stayed in before. I loved that the towels and sheets actually smelled clean. We really hate to leave! Hope to take the seaweed with us for the next guests.

Really love the condo and it's excellent location. So nice being away from the congestion of the "strip". The weather was wonderful. Our girls enjoyed catching hermit crabs in the lake next door. We had some great raw oysters at Dusty's and finished the week going to Capt Anderson's for some great seafood. Hope to stay here again in the coming summers.
