As you enter the security gate we share with Carillon, you will realize Pinnacle Port is a one of a kind resort in Panama City Beach. There's no traffic, no crowds and the loudest noise is the rolling of the waves. You will find no spot in PCB as close to the water as we are. Come share this quiet corner of the world with us.

Your condo is on the 4th floor of the much desired mid-rise buildings. This means it is all on one floor, not a townhouse. You don't have to walk up steps to get to your bedroom or to see the Gulf. With the tropical decor and the cool colors of the Gulf surrounding you, inside and out, you will instantly be transformed into vacation mode when you step in the door. BOTH your bedroom and living room face the Gulf. You sit on your balcony in barstool height chairs so that you can take in the BREATHTAKING view of the beach and water, unblocked by the railing. Something else - if you are going to be married on the best wedding spot in PCB, this is a perfectly romantic honeymoon suite for you. If you are a "snowbird" staying for a few months, you will love the comfort of the KING SIZE bed for your stay.

IF YOU SHOULD CHOSE TO LEAVE THE ROOM, be sure and visit the brand new "PIER PARK" shopping mall about 5 miles east on Hwy. 98. It is AWESOME! There's the famous Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, the Ron-Jon's Surf Shop, Dillard's, Penney's, Target, Merle Norman, Ulta and lot's more upscale shops.   • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle Port. The condo was really nicely decorated. The location was the best for us! We were close enough to everything and still in a quiet peaceful spot on the beach. We shopped Destin and Pier Park--both quick drives on back beach road. We will surely be back to enjoy this place again.

  • We had a wonderful stay at Pinnacle Port! The condo was cute & cozy, and the balcony was our fave. We had never been that close to the ocean from our condo before! We saw stingrays jumping out of the water, dolphins & even a shark one day! The beach was so private & shelling was good. The only prob we experienced was the mattress but we flipped it and it was some better- wish we had done that right away! We will definitely be back to Pinnacle Port- it's beautiful! Thanks to Suzanne for being so easy to work with!

  • Location! Location! Location! Close enough to everything but far enough away to be an enjoyable - QUIET - vacation rental! Easy access to Panama City Pkwy (aka Back Beach Rd) that will save you LOTS of time getting to the shops, restaurants, etc. And really close to Publix and Winn Dixie Grocery Stores!! The condo is easy access to the small pool which never seemed to be crowded and the balcony view is breathtaking! Take a flashlight for night time sand crab excursions!! Suzanne was wonderful and we highly recommend the Perzy condo to anyone looking for a get-a-way from the normal crowded hustle and bustle beach vacation!!

  • My girlgriend and I visited the Perzy's condo for her birthday and it was the best beach experience I have had yet. The tropical decor of the condo is beautiful and the view of the beach from the balcony is wonderful. The Perzy's were so easy to work with during the process of renting the condo and they really cared acout making our experience the best they could. I will be back and will not stay anywhere else in the Panama City Beach area.
