Wonderful time at the beach visiting our daughter who lives down here. Our grandson - 10 months old - first time at the ocean was wonderful. He is definitely a beach bum. We ate at Dusty's, Red Bar, Wild Olives which were great! Had warm weather the whole week! Thank you for sharing your place!

We fell in love as soon as we walked in! Your condo is better than expected - the bed was comfortable, the view was great. We were entertained by dolphins every day. Howie (Hungry Howies) makes a tasty pizza so we enjoyed take-out a couple of times this week. Bayou Bills Crab House, while a little more expensive, can't be beat for the crab legs and shrimp.. and it is quite close! We took a short drive west on 98 to Eden Gardens State Park... well worth the trip. We love PCB and plan to return in the future. Hope this condo is available when we make the trip to Florida again.

We just returned from vacation last week at your condo. We had a wonderful time and beautiful weather. The condo was very clean and cozy. We can say in all our trips to the gulf we have never been so close to the actual ocean. We loved the view from the balcony. It felt like we were in our own little world. It's like sitting right in the sand. The owners were very nice and easy to deal with. We will be returning. We definitely recommend this condo.

WE had a great time on our vacation here @ your condo! Thanks so much for letting us share in your cozy vacation home. It was much cleaner than many condos we've stayed in before. I loved that the towels and sheets actually smelled clean. We really hate to leave! Hope to take the seaweed with us for the next guests.

Really love the condo and it's excellent location. So nice being away from the congestion of the "strip". The weather was wonderful. Our girls enjoyed catching hermit crabs in the lake next door. We had some great raw oysters at Dusty's and finished the week going to Capt Anderson's for some great seafood. Hope to stay here again in the coming summers.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us. It is obvious that it is well cared for - everything was so nice. The weather was awesome and we have never seen the water so clear. This is an annual vacation spot for us in June or July, but after being here in early fall, it is easy to see why people love PCB year-round.

The Real Beach

I grew north of Panama City and visited often, but this was my first stay at Pinnacle Port. The condo is nice & it's great to be on the beach and the lake on the other side. It's also convienent if you want to go to Grayton Beach or Seaside, or you can hit the back beach bypass if you need to head east toward PC Beach. I would recommend staying here, it's about the same price as motel, but much better.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pinacle Port this unit is right on the beach,not a gulf view,not gulf front but right on the beach!!! Very clean and tastefully decorated 15 mins from Seaside or 15 mins from Pier Park. We will be staying here our next trip. The beach was spotless NO OIL TO BE SEEN!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle Port. The condo was really nicely decorated. The location was the best for us! We were close enough to everything and still in a quiet peaceful spot on the beach. We shopped Destin and Pier Park--both quick drives on back beach road. We will surely be back to enjoy this place again.

This is our first trip to the Gulf. We really enjoyed being away from everything and having the beach to "ourselves". This condo was decorated very nice and we felt right at home. One of the highlights was the view - it was NOT disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay at Pinnacle Port! The condo was cute & cozy, and the balcony was our fave. We had never been that close to the ocean from our condo before! We saw stingrays jumping out of the water, dolphins & even a shark one day! The beach was so private & shelling was good. The only prob we experienced was the mattress but we flipped it and it was some better- wish we had done that right away! We will definitely be back to Pinnacle Port- it's beautiful! Thanks to Suzanne for being so easy to work with!

Location! Location! Location! Close enough to everything but far enough away to be an enjoyable - QUIET - vacation rental! Easy access to Panama City Pkwy (aka Back Beach Rd) that will save you LOTS of time getting to the shops, restaurants, etc. And really close to Publix and Winn Dixie Grocery Stores!! The condo is easy access to the small pool which never seemed to be crowded and the balcony view is breathtaking! Take a flashlight for night time sand crab excursions!! Suzanne was wonderful and we highly recommend the Perzy condo to anyone looking for a get-a-way from the normal crowded hustle and bustle beach vacation!!

We had a wonderful time! The two of us were looking for somewhere in the Panama City area that gave us the feeling of being in a more secluded beach. This property is very secluded from the road, but with a short drive you can be right in the middle of the action of Panama City Beach. The resort is mostly surrounded by water and the other side is beach houses in a guard kept gated community. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay with all the hype of Panama City Beach just a couple of minutes outside the gate, this place is definately worth looking into. We booked a week for the next summer the day we returned home!

My girlgriend and I visited the Perzy's condo for her birthday and it was the best beach experience I have had yet. The tropical decor of the condo is beautiful and the view of the beach from the balcony is wonderful. The Perzy's were so easy to work with during the process of renting the condo and they really cared acout making our experience the best they could. I will be back and will not stay anywhere else in the Panama City Beach area.
