This house is located in the Holiday Inn Section. Nice corner lot...very close to the playground, shuffleboard, basketball courts and most of all.....VERY CLOSE TO THE OCEAN. Sit on your deck and WATCH THE WAVES!
This house has just been totally remodeled! Tile floors in the kitchen, tile counter tops and tile backsplash. Most everything in this kitchen is brand new all the way down to the forks, knives and spoons. The kitchen table is big enough for eight of your family and friends....very comfortable!
The den is spacious and relaxing...plenty of room for the family.
There is a sofa, a love seat and two recliners.....and a large flat screen TV with VCR.
There is a bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and a flat screen TV with built in DVD. There is also a full bath downstairs.
Upstairs you will find a bedroom that has two queen beds and a private bathroom. The other bedroom has a queen bed with a private bath also. There is a large alcove area that has a bunk bed, double on the bottom and a twin on top. This area is perfect for the children. It also has a flat screen TV with DVD. The children can bring their games, hook them up and have their own private area.
All bedrooms have flat screen TV's with built in DVD player.
This house is perfect for your family. You are also close to Sand Dollar Lake. If you like to walk, just take a little walk down to the lake....don't forget the fishing rods....or if you don't fish....take some bread and feed the fish....or the ducks. It's nice and relaxing.
But....in less than a minute the other way....you can be tickling your toes in the sand and headed for the waves. Actually, don't forget your flip flops....that sand can be awfully hot in the summer time!

I went on Vacation just a few weeks shy of finding out I was pregnant. Needless to say I was very nauseated and sick during my vacation. Me and my husband stayed in the downstairs bedroom and I wish that I could of brought the bed home with me. It was so comfortable!!! I didnt spend a lot of time outside since it was so hot (we went during the forth of July) but the beach is only a short walk. You are maybe 4 houses from the beach. The rooms all have tv's and ours had dvd players as well which are great for the kids. We are looking to return to ocean lakes and would love to stay here again.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
