  Didn't see any reviews from recent years so I thought I would provide one. House is in centrally located on island which is convenient. Interior was nice but was showing signs of wear in areas. Carpet on stairs & upper level appeared older with several stains and could be replaced. Walls around stairs could use fresh coat of paint. DVD/VCR in 3rd bedroom didn't work. The golf cart made short trips to pool & beach very easy. Owner needs to be more expedient with security deposit refund. After two calls deposit was refunded a month after check out.

  We had a wonderful time here! We went golfing multiple times and were happy to come home to a lovely house. All the wildlife here is so enjoyable to encounter, especially those scary alligators! This is our fourth time coming to Fripp and we enjoy it more and more each time. Thanks for sharing your magnificent home! P.S. It was worth the 17 hour drive!!   This was a wonderful vacation for us. This house made our adventure so enjoyable and relaxing. We came down for our son's graduation from Parris Island. We have another who will be going through Marine boot camp next year. We hope to be able to reserve this house for that time as well. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.   We were here to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time. I had a great shopping trip off the island and may on the island. Thanks to the Rosenbergs for this beautiful home. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for it and we will be back. The Corleys

  We have just returned from a long weekend at Fripp Island. We were celebrating a 50th birthday. It was perfect. Early November weather was remarkable. The Villa was perfect for our family of 4. Sitting on the deck was so tranquil. We have vacationed on the Gulf Coast many years and have stayed on Kiawah, Seabrook and Hilton Head Islands. Fripp Island has given us one of the most restful stays ever!

  Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us and making our "last chance" beach vacation fun and memorable! The house is so cute, roomy & clean! We love the location, close to the marina store and not far from the beach! The golf cart is such a plus and was my 12 year old son's highlight of vacation! The grill was also great I think this is the 1st trip we have not eaten out more than in, but it was so like home we only at at Johnson's Tavern once! David and my son Logan caught about 3 dozen blue crabs down off Porpoise Ln. and we had a big time cleaning and eating them.
