We had a wonderful time here! We went golfing multiple times and were happy to come home to a lovely house. All the wildlife here is so enjoyable to encounter, especially those scary alligators! We have just returned from a long weekend at Fripp Island. We were celebrating a 50th birthday. It was perfect. Early November weather was remarkable. The Villa was perfect for our family of 4. Sitting on the deck was so tranquil. We have vacationed on the Gulf Coast many years and have stayed on Kiawah, Seabrook and Hilton Head Islands. Fripp Island has given us one of the most restful stays ever!

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us and making our "last chance" beach vacation fun and memorable! The house is so cute, roomy & clean! We love the location, close to the marina store and not far from the beach! The golf cart is such a plus and was my 12 year old son's highlight of vacation! The grill was also great I think this is the 1st trip we have not eaten out more than in, but it was so like home we only at at Johnson's Tavern once! David and my son Logan caught about 3 dozen blue crabs down off Porpoise Ln. and we had a big time cleaning and eating them. You have a beautiful home. We got to crab with your crab net and got alot of crabs with it. We saw a baby shark, two stingrays. I found a ton of shells. We went to a sandbar. We also went to the beach club restaurant and I ate most of their crab legs! We went to the beach and the pool. Thank you so much for letting us stay here. We are going to come back next year! We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here this week. Fortunately, the weather has been perfect-we arrived right after a tropical storm and are leaving before Hurricane Frances! We all hope Fripp escapes without serious damage. Our boys have caught a stingray, an eel, shrimp, minnows, oysters in ght casting net, and are out crabbing right now! My husband caught a huge blue crab--the biggest we've ever seen! We've been coming to Fripp for 8 years now and love it more each time-we've expecially enjoyed the trail and bike riding this time. My husband got tosee an alligator (huge!) right after it had eaten something on the golf course - amazing! Anyway, we are not wanting to go home, but will be looking forward to our next trip to Fripp next summer. Copied from guest book.

Thanks for opening your home to us! We had a wonderful stay here at Fripp. This was our second stay on the island and we found you location, by far, to be more favorable to our previous location. The golf cart was also a big hit! The older kids loved te independece it provided and the younger one really loved it too. Thank you for opening up your home. It made our Fripp Island experience that much better. Our 3 1/2 year old twins had a wonderful time in the pools, at the beach and watching the wild life. However the highlight of their trip was the golf cart. They loved riding around the island in it. A special thanks from me. It was great not to get into a hot car with sand wet bathing suits. We have had a wonderful stay here on Fripp Island! The weather has been perfect, so we enjoyed many days on the beach. It has been very peaceful, due t the fact that it is low season. We enjoyed seeing the alligators bask in the sun every morning in the pond out back. We have seen mny many deer they are so small compared to ours backhome! We have more sand dollars than we could ever need (40 to be exact) and seashells too! We enjoyed a trip into Beaufort and took a historic carriage ride which my girls really enjoyed. We also had a great lunch at Johson Creek Tavern, thanks for recommending that. Port Royal was nice and we especially enjoyed Dockside on 11th, what a great dinner! We came for a wedding from Ohio. The week went by so fast. We really enjoyed Hunting Beach looking sand dollars and other shells. The deer are neat and like to see what you have for them. We saw other wildlife too. Your house is just beautiful and we really enjoyed the enclosed porch with the fan. How nice to share you home with different families. Can we stay another week? It is Friday night and we are bemoaning the fact that tomorrow is IT. We have thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and your wonderful accomodations. For 2 in our roup this is a return visit to Fripp and for most it was the first visit. The guys enjoyed golf and te x box we brought. The kids loved the beach and pools (anything water). The girls well, we loved Yahtzee tournaments and relaxing by the pool (especially the marina pool). Wome went crabbing and all enjoyed the sunset dophin cruis. Our first night here a family from Fripp told us by the end of the week we would be "Frippmatized." We are definitely Frippmatized. We had a wonderful week. Dear Rosenbergs: We loved Fripp! Your home has been a comforable place of relaxation to recharge after great days in the sun. The wildlife on the island has been a real treat. We have enjoyed the baby deer & big deer alike. We even got to pet them- We saw an alligator, dolphins and even sharks (they were a little scarry since they were in very shallow water). We've been pretty sunsuccessful as "crabbers" and are happy we didn't have to live off what we catch. Today we are off to the "wee links" and late afternoon beach. Tomorrow it is Hunting Island light house as we turn our thoughts back to Charlotte, NC. Back to real world after a very wonderful & relaxing vacation.
