Excellent property and location. Enjoyed inch beach and The Island Fish Market. Captain Hooks right across the channel. Couldn't get any better. Dee was great to rent from. She made everthing seamless. Great time. Will be back for sure next year. Can't wait.

Great Place for Family Vacations

Dee - That you so much for sharing you home with us. This was our second year renting your place and would truely recommend it to anyone. We really enjoyed the new chairs out by the dock and you could find me there almost every day enjoying the beautiful views. We primary go down for the fishing and enjoy watching the boats come in. Its always interesting to hear the neighbors fish tails. We love Inch beach especially since it is very private. Great place to relax, read a book and soak up the sunshine. The new beach chairs are wonderful. The bicycles come in very handling especially for a quick trip to the KCB post office. We look forward to visiting again.

Like you, my two favorite places in KCB are Inch Beach and sitting on the dock, we did just add the four wooden adirondak chairs on the dock and boy, are they great for boat watching (and fishing). Fue una experiencia extraordinaria, era nuestro primer viaje a los cayos y cumplio todas las espectativas que esperabamos, la casa es muy acogedora,esta ubicada en muy buen lugar, nos gusto mucho el patio trasero y el muelle para pescar y relajarnos. Thank you Dee for sharing your lovely home! It was everything and more. You thought of many things to make it a home away from home. . The outdoor patio is pretty and peaceful-enjoyed sitting outside,grilling,fishing. Our first time in Key Colony Beach. Family had a great time-swimming at Inch Beach,Cabanna Club,bike riding, fishing,watching the sunsets at Sunset Beach..RELAXING!! Looking forward to returning next year.

Great Family Vacation

Our family of 6 (4 kids 11-17 yrs old) stayed at Key Colony Beach for a week. The home was clean, well-maintained and spacious. We were very comfortable and especially enjoyed the back patio overlooking the canal. Enjoyed Fish Tales restaurant a couple miles away. Great area for walking and biking. Would definitely recommend.

Owner response: Thank you so much Martha, Having 3 boys myself, I tried to have things for all ages, especially the bikes! KCB is so great because of the walking and biking paths plus the strict speed limit for cars make it safer for both activities. I personally love the backyard with the dock and my kids have had so much fun just fishing there (my husband too!) . He actually caught a huge tarpon from the dock! There are SO many great restaurants nearby, It is hard to choose! Hope you all come back and see us!!

The location on the Keys could not be better. Every facility you could wish for was in close proximity to the house. The house itself, though simple was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The dock is tranquil and offers pleasant fishing for early evenings and mornings. The beach access area has endless views and all the space you could want for tanning and relaxation. With TVs in every room, a great little stereo and playstation 2 for the kids, as well as DVD/VHS players, games and wireless internet, there's more than enough to do should the weather go south. We had perfect weather, so none of those were used. There are even bicycles available. What more could you want. Tight budget? No problem. All of this comes at an incredibly reasonable price. We will be back! Thank you, Dee.

We have rented with Dee, coming back year after year to enjoy this great duplex. Everything you could need, plenty of sun soaked days at the private Inch Beach, cooling off with a tall drink and a swim in the olympic sized pool at the Cabana Club and a soft/comfy place to land at the house. Great views from the patio with a gas grill to cook your catch and then a ride around the neighborhood on the provided beach bikes. A quiet peaceful stay that will help you melt the stress away! Hassle free reservations and friendly service from Dee! Highly recommended!

Dee, Thank you so very much. Your home is wonderful and equipped with everything you could need or want. We went lobstering, spear fishing and sometimes just had cocktails on the fabulous back deck. Easy access to gulf or Atlantic. Our vacation home was FABULOUS!!!!!!

We recently had the opportunity to spend a week in the Keys. The weather was great, the fishing was super and we were very pleased with this vacation home. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved using the bikes and riding around Key Colony. We especially enjoyed the backyard of the home which is landscaped very nicely. Inch Beach was an extra plus, it was just beautiful and uncrowded. There is so much to do in the Keys if you love the water there is just not enough time for everything. Dee the owner was extremely helpful and prompt in answering any questions we had and we would highly recommend this vacation home. Thanks!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful Keys home with us for our vacation. The house is very spacious. It had everything we needed and more. The girls enjoyed using the bikes all over Key Colony. Inch Beach was very quiet and relaxing. Of course, we spent a lot of time at the Cabana Club. We got a lot of use out of the patio overlooking the water, everything from doing BBQ, having coffee in the morning, sitting around talking with friends in the evening, and even sitting out there to use the laptop. I can't say thank you enough for your hospitality and attention to detail to ensure that we had everything we needed! See you next year!

Hey Dee! Thanks sooo much for the opportunity to stay in your unit! We so enjoyed coffee in the morning on the patio, happpy hour on the patio protected from the brilliant sunshine, and a night cap on the patio. After visiting KCB for 35 years we finally experienced Inch Beach. What a treat. The bikes were a hugh plus for us. Biking around is the best. Your beds were truly a hit. Voted most comfortable beds in KCB by the four of us. Your immediate response to any questions while we were vacationing was greatly appreciated. For those of us who do need to stay in touch with work while on vacation, your WIFI connection was awesome. With Sparky's, Key Colony Inn, Cabana Breezes and the Cabana Club at your disposal, who needs to go anywhere else? We plan to return in October and will be in touch. You are the best. Dee and Gerald - Thanks for the great hospitality and letting us enjoy your spotless, well-equipped vacation home. We especially enjoyed the shaded patio on the canal and having bikes to get to Inch Beach and generally enjoy the Key Colony Beach neighborhood. Since we were SCUBA diving every day with our friends at Abyss Dive Center, we didn't get time to fish and cook our catch on your grill . . . but there will be a "next time" and we look forward to returning!! Gerald & Dee - thanks so much for letting us use your place during lobster season. We had a blast. The weather was great, the seas were calm, and your place was an absolutely perfect place to hang out and relax in between trips out on the water. The spacious rooms, and open living and kitchen areas all make for a great spot to spread out and relax. But the best part is outside. Hanging out by the water, cooking our day's catch fresh on the grill, while watching the coconuts blow in the breeze....perfect!! We'll be back next year!
