My condo is a two bedroom, two bath, beach condo located on the Florida Gulf Coast. It is on the seventh floor (top of building) and provides a beautiful panoramic view of the Intracoastal Waterway and a partial view of the Gulf Beach. There is a king size bed in MBR and two doubles in 2nd BR. It is equipped with leather double reclining love seat and sofabead.

In addition to other amenities listed, this Non-Smoking condo has a PC computer with free high speed DSL internet access(use you laptop with wire or wireless hookups),three cable TV's, DVD/VCR, phones, and private fishing and boat docks. You have a clear view of the boat and fishing docks from my balcony. Short drive to Busch Gardens, Disney World, Sea World, and many other central Florida attractions. If you prefer to use your own laptop, you can plug in to my DSL system or use the wireless feature free of charge.

A $75 cleaning fee and 12% tax is added to the listed rates

    • Our family vacation was from Aug, 2-9,2008. It was our first time staying at this condo and we loved it! We usually stay in the same location every year but this time we decided to stay at this condo. We were really grateful with all the ammentities that were provided, especially to find a few swimming floats along with a sand bucket & shovel for our grandbaby. We had everything we needed for our stay. It was like being home. We had such a wonderful and relaxing time.     • We stayed at this condo from June 23 thru June 30 and had a great time. Condo was clean and actualy Much nicer than we expected. Kitchen was fully equipped and utensils were all clean. Plan to return there next year. Will recomend this condo to anyone especialy with younger children. Thanks

    • We stayed for a week from July 15th-22nd 2006. The place was amazing with beautiful views and very relaxing. After getting there and seeing how wonderful it was I wanted to stay another week. Gil was wonderful to work with. The place was modern and made you feel at home. I will look forward to another vacation there.

    • This past May, we had a wonderful stay at Unit 710, at the Holiday Villas III Condominium in Indian Shores. The unit was updated/very modern and was extremely well maintained. The owner was very pleasant & most accommodating. He had prepared the unit in tip top shape for our stay and when we arrived, we received a courtesy call from him to check and make sure that everything was in order. The unit has all of the amenities of home, a great balcony and offers wonderful views of both the intercoastal waterway as well as a partial view of the ocean. The pool which basks in the sunlight for the entire day was clean and the water temperature was kept at a very comfortable level. Two Tiki Huts adjacent to the pool offered shade for those looking for some relief from the mid-day sun. Within footsteps of the pool was a clean/well maintained beach which we enjoyed our daily walks on as well as ocassional swims in the warm gulf waters. We look forward to returning to this unit at the Holiday Villas III Condominium on our future vacations to Florida. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for a clean, organized and well located place to stay in the Indian Shores area. If you have any questions about our stay we would be pleased to hear from you. P.S. And no we are not related to the owner of this unit but we really did enjoy our stay.     • No tea pot or kettle - Cdns like their tea so much that they bring it with them. To make good tea you need a kettle to boil water, not a pot on the stove and you need a tea pot to make it in. Hot water volume is not enough - hot water tank size should be increased - all the hot water is gone after one good shower. A printer should be made available for use with the computer - golf courses are advising us of discount coupons available on the internet but we have no way of printing them off Out going long distance calls should be allowed. $200.00 could be held back from the caution deposit and once the bill is in for the period the rental covered, a settlement could be made back to the tenant. A copy of the bill and the changes along with the settle ment cheque could be mailed to the tenant. many of us have aged parents which almost daily contact is necessary to ensure evrything is ok, all the other long distance methods are too complex or won't work. Guest parking signs should be placed on parking spots which the office knows won't be used for a couple of weeks due to their rental schedule. All these threatening No Parking Signs don't indicate an attitude of friendliness. All these recommmendations are of a minor nature, overll we are very pleased with the accomodations

      A tea pot will be provided in the future. The water heater will be checked, maybe water temp needs increasing. This is 1st complaint of hot water running out. Long distnce calls can be made from my condo by using credit cards through LD operators. A printer can be made available on prior request basis. While there is no extra charge for the computer with internet access, I may have to add a reasonable charge to provide a printer and associated supplies. As to parking,there is one reserved car space per each condo unit. The only way to control and preserve reserved parking for our guests is to haul cars off when gross abuses occur. During crowded periods it is not unusual to have people parking in our spaces who are not even staying in our building. The only way to control the problem is to take a hard line approach with those who insist on violate rules. We appreciate comments from guests. It keeps us on our toes. Gil

    • We stayed at gil's condo in July 2004 for 3 weeks, and had a wonderful time. The condo was outstanding, clean, and well equipped. It was beautiful enough, and can only imagine what it looks like with new renovations. We will be back. thanks Gil. Don, Helen, and kids.
