Enjoy a variety of summer activities such as concerts, hiking, river rafting, mountain biking, rodeos, fly fishing, boating and water skiing on Lake Granby to name just a few. Grand County boasts four championship golf courses, including Pole Creek Golf Course. It was recently named America's top new public course by Golf Digest! Wolf Park is close by with so many things to do: tennis, volleyball, a playground for the kids, and plenty of barbeque grills for picnics. Then there is ski season...Winter Park and Mary Jane ski areas are 1.5 miles away and there is a shuttle that will pick you up at the front door on the half hour. This same shuttle is available to take you to a variety of restaurants and bars or shops and boutiques anywhere in the Winter Park/Fraser area. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and an additional bathroom that also connects to the living room. Both bedrooms are fully appointed with luxury linens and beautiful bedding. A full aerobed adds additional sleeping accomodations. Each bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the Gore Range...what could be more relaxing? The third balcony off the living room is perfect for entertaining. The gas fireplace in the living room provides additional warmth on chilly nights, and for added excitement, enjoy the hot tub on the first floor...no need to leave the building! The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, beautiful dishware and glasses for eight and cookware...everything you might need to prepare your own gourmet meals. There are tile and wood countertops, and ceramic and stainless steel appliances. Hardwood floors span the living room and there is berber carpet in the bedrooms.
