The cottage is in a safe and quiet neighborhood one block from beach. It's a wonderful, two bedroom, two bath, newly remodeled Beach bungalow; Skylights, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, new Appliances, Berber carpet, tile, and hardwood floors throughout. Comes with parking. Generous size private and sunny, side and back yard with deck and Jacuzzi. Outdoor barbecue and refrigerator. Right through the backyard gate is a path leading to Hammonds beach. Also nearby is Butterfly Beach, The Biltmore, and all the shopping and restaurants on Coast Village Road.

  • We just spent a week at this property and enjoyed it very much. It is meticulously maintained and has a small but beautiful and private garden, as well a large hot tub. It's a relatively short(5-10 minute) walk to two different beaches and also very close to restaurants and shopping in Montecito. It also has easy access to Rt 101 if you want to go into Santa Barbara or up to the Santa Ynez Valley wine country. The only negative is it is near the railroad, but this was the only downside and was more than offset by the amenities of dwelling and its convenient location.

  • Perfect beach retreat for our family of 4. The home inside and out is beautifully decorated. Our days consisted of walking to beach, hitting the jacuzzi and then walking in to Montecito for dinner or take-out. Beautiful places to run and Santa Barbara's East Beach was 5 minutes away where we could play volleyball and rent sea kayaks.

  • This house is very comfortable and well appointed and we loved the divine garden and the even more divine jacuzzi. This house is a 3 min. lovely stroll to famous Butterfly beach and also Hammonds Beach. It was heaven to be able to walk to the beaches so easily and take in the sunsets. And it is also only 5 min. to the Lower Village of Montecito with all it's chic shops and restaurants. The owner appears to be very meticulous and the house and garden are very well maintained. We look forward to another break at a Little Slice of Heaven!

  • This was an amazing place, so comfortable and relaxing it really was a little slice of heaven! We could definitely come back again, this was a great vacation house.
