It's a wonderful, two bedroom, two bath, newly remodeled Beach bungalow; Skylights, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, new Appliances, Berber carpet, tile, and hardwood floors throughout. Comes with parking. Generous size private and sunny, side and back yard with deck and Jacuzzi. Outdoor barbecue and refrigerator. Right through the backyard gate is a path leading to Hammonds beach. Also nearby is Butterfly Beach, The Biltmore, and all the shopping and restaurants on Coast Village Road.

Why the Owner Chose Montecito
A Santa Barbara native, I felt was it was no brainer to live in the Santa Barbara Montecito area. The weather and location, location, location in itself, is reason alone to be here.
The Unique Benefits at this Bungalow
Imagine strolling out of your rear garden gate down the beach access trail and reaching the Hammond Sea Meadow Bluff or Biltmore/Butterfly Beaches all in three minutes. Among many other things, that’s what this absolutely charming small private cottage offers. Besides the beaches, there are more than a half dozen fine dinnig and local flavor favorite restaurants. Along with many shops, stores, galleries, all along the lower and upper villages.
Walk or run to the famous Miramar Beach and back to "Butterfly Beach" For a nice run or stroll at sunset and come back to a ready 104 degree hot tub.
Private trail out the back door though "Hammond's Meadow" to beach.

I produce action sport films and direct commercials globally. I am on location alot. Therefore I am now renting out this "Little Slice of Heaven" every so often. I have owned and lived in the property for over 6 years now and love it. I'll say this: for the price, location and new fully remodeled house from the ground up makes this, I think, one of the most prime economical and delightful rentals within the Montecito beach community.
