Loved the home. Super safe neighborhood no worries/quiet. Pool was so nice to relax in after a day of touring around or jump in first thing in the morning. The home was everything and more. The owners have thought of everything. The bed oh yes dream away and oh so quiet. You will be very happy with the house. Easy to get around to the stores and freeway too. Thank-you so much!!!!

Wonderful Rental Property

First I would like to say what a wonderful person Charlotte was to do business with. She was not only professional and polite but her promptness is what really won me over. The property was more than wonderful. I most definately will recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy a clean, luxurious vacation stay. The house was more than we needed. Wonderful escape

We stayed starting on July 3rd for 5 days and it was amazing. There were 3 women and we each had our own space to relax. We slept in, spent all day by the pool and then went to the strip at night. 5 days can be a long time while staying on the strip so this made the perfect balance. The house was well maintained, beds were comfy, pool was clean and it had everything that we needed. We did have a rental car which we couldn't have done without. Charlotte was great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate staying at the house again, in fact I plan to next time I get to come to Las Vegas.

We stayed in this house over the 4th of July weekend and would highly reccomend renting with her when looking for a well maintained house in the LV area. Charlotte is extremely easy to work with, prompt, accomodating and helpful. The house is very spacious, well equipped with everything that you would need. The pool is a very nice added feature. The house is located in a very quiet residential area, but not near the strip. You will need a car to get around. There are 2 very nice grocery stores nearby. This is a great choice for 4 or more guests. Just about all of the major casinos have free self parking and the travel time to the strip takes about 15-20 min. Would stay here again.

Parks Retreat

We stayed at this property because it was central to our travel plans to several National Parks and Rec areas as well as the Strip. It worked great for us. The house was an oasis for our travels with the pool and hot tub and had plenty of room for our family of four with 2 teenage boys. It was good to have the ability to do laundry and cook our own meals when we wanted to. The house was also close to amenities if we wanted or needed anything. Would recommend it for anyone interested in a relaxing option for the Vegas area.

Nice, comfortable, and convenient

Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Only few minutes far from the free way entrance Walmart and restaurants nearby, in about ten minutes. The house had more than everything we needed. Charlotte is nice and always replies promptly. It was a great experience and we enjoyed our stay.

Las Vegas Trip

We were 3 couples and spent 3 weeks at this house. It was comfortable, well equippped with utensils, with a/c, pool and spa, and the landlady was most responsible and kept in touch. The pictures fairly well represent the property. The area is pleasant, good shopping and eateries, churches and amenities. Sometimes the scent from the piggery was high but not unbearable. Only 15 mins. drive to the STRIP so we will strongly recommend this property as a clean,comfortable and good location ideally suited to couples and family who wish to leisurely take in Las Vegas. my birthday trip

There were 5 of us and this was ample space. The pool and hot tub were a plus!!!! Driving to the strip and outlet mall was easy. The place was spotless and well stocked with little knick knacks. The bathrooms were spacious for a bunch of girls getting ready. Will be keeping rental info for next girls getaway. my onlydislike was he pricey cab ride. i promptly went out and got a rental.Get a rental at the airport instead. Nice diggs!!!!

place was nice and everything was as advertised so i'll just write my complaints because that's what i look for in a review; -Master bedroom shower didn't work -smelled like pig crap in the evenings -couldn't get remote control to work -taxi drivers don't know how to get to the house from the strip

Owner response:I appreciate the review and encourage my guests to let me know if there is anything I can do to make their stay more comfortable. As a response, I offer the following: 1. The shower was not broken. I am sorry I was not informed by the guest that he was unable to turn on the master shower during his stay, as I could have informed him that the master shower turns on by pulling down a ring on the faucet. Other guests have had to call me to find out how it works and I have since laminated an instruction sign and put it in the master bathroom. 2. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in North Las Vegas. There is a farm about 4 miles from the house and occasionally there is an odor from the farm. 3. A TV is provided in each of the three bedrooms and the living room. Each TV has a remote for your convenience. So that the remotes do not get mixed up, I have since labeled each remote for the proper room. 4. The house is a 10 minute ride north of the Strip. I have a taxi service that I prefer (Desert Cab) and I have posted the phone number at the house. There are many other taxi cab services that our guests have used to get to and from North Las Vegas without incident, but I am sorry Kevin had a bad experience with the taxi service he used. I have a handyman service that can attend to any problem within 24 hours of my receiving notice of such issue. In addition, a gardener and pool maintenance service are at the property once a week. The house is professionally cleaned after each guest and the service will come upon request for extended stay guests. I am sorry Kevin did not feel he could rate the property 5/5, which is what I strive for. If you are renting a vacation home please be sure to let the owner know of any problems at the property so that they can be corrected as soon as possible and make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Fabulous retreat!!

We have always rented villas when vacationing in Florida, so wanted to do the same in Las Vegas rather than being stuck on 'The Strip' 24/7 in a hotel, especially with an eleven year old. And what a top decision we made when renting Charlotte's beautiful house! Fantastic location in a quiet area and so easy to travel to and from the Strip. The pool was a godsend especially as the temperatures hit record highs the week we stayed. So nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of The Strip. The house had everything we needed and more! There was a SuperWalmart ten minutes away for groceries and anything else we needed. The Cannery was perfect as my husband and Son went to the cinema there. The casino and Cannery restaurant was also good. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone but go very hungry! Fantastic stay - thank you!!!!

Las Vegas Home

We had a wonderful time. The house was great, very well appointed and we absolutely loved the ping pong table. Many wonderful family memories. The home was lovely, the beds comfortable and everything worked well. There was even coffee waiting for us upon our arrival.

My husband and I just returned from our Vegas Vacation and let me tell you that renting a house over a hotel was just wonderful. This house is in a very convienent location close to shopping and the freeway and only about 10 minutes by car from the strip and maybe 5 by car to Freemont street. The heated pool and hot tub were a great addition to the property and we really enjoyed them. And really nothing beats the privicy and security of being in a home rather than a room in a hotel. The only drawback and I mean really minor was that when the breeze blew a certain way (only once or twice) it brought with it the smell from the pig farm which is located a few blocks away. Other than that....we really loved it here and would positively rent this property again. Charlotte (the owner) was responsive and professional. She really went out of her way to make sure we were happy with the property. We have been to Vegas many, many times. We have stayed in the best hotels on the strip but they really didn't compare to the comfort, privacy, and convience of this property.

First time visit to Las Vegas

This was a great house/location to experience our first trip to Las Vegas. It was in a quiet location and close to so many tourist attractions and less than 2 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. We also liked that it was in a residential area away from the casinos, but a very short drive to any that we may want to visit. The house was well maintained and provided everything that we needed to live comfortably. Everything seems to be there for you, or left by previous guest. There was even a cooler there that we used for our picnic lunch at Hoover Dam. Four adults and 1 active 3 year old were able to find separate areas to relax and play. The pool and hot tub were a perfect size and well maintained. I thought it was the perfect size to enjoy, especially to play in with our son. The wi-fi was a great convenience since we had to research everything we wanted to do while there. What we did before the internet is beyond me! The owner was very helpful by giving suggestions on dining and shopping options. She also helped me figure out where to ship my bridesmaid's dress (reason for trip) so it wouldn't get it too wrinkled in my suitcase or lost by the airport. If I were to visit Las Vegas again with my in-laws or other family members, I would certainly consider this house again- it was a perfect place for us.

Vegas Property

I must admit I was a bit unsure when we rented this property. I have rented many times in Florida but never Vegas, hence a little apprehension. My family rented this property for 2 weeks in June. Up until travelling Charlotte the owner kept in contact via e mail in fact the complete rental was carried out online. I found her customer service excellent throughout the experience. On arrival at the property we found the property as advertised and was evry clean. It was located in a very quiet neighbourhood normally about a 20 minute drive onto the Strip. The weather averaged 100 degrees so the pool and spa was most welcome. We did experience a couple of minor problems at the property with regard to maintainence. Wear and tear that you would expect to happen over a period of time. However these were dealt with in a prompt and timely manner by Charlottes handyman James. James was a very interesting charactar who I found very polite and professional in the service he provided. We spent a lot of our time on the Strip visiting the newer Hotels and Casinos. We found the Cannery which was more local ( within minutes ) good value for eating locally. Plenty of shopping a the various outlets and Malls. We found the road works on the I 15 a bit of a pain but realise it will ease congestion in the future. I would have no difficulty in recommending this property to a friend or family.
