This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is situated just minutes from downtown Flagstaff and the Snowbowl. Step outside the front door to the Urban Trail system, with beautiful San Francisco Peak views and tall pines lining the hiking and biking trails. Just steps away are the city tennis courts for you tennis lovers, an indoor ice skating rink, and an 18-hole championship Frisbee course.

This home sleeps 6 with 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedrooms are set up for a cozy "home away from home" feel, and the bathrooms are a spa-like retreat! You'll have all the modern amenities such as 3 large High-Definition flat-screen TV's and DVD players for those late night movies, wireless internet, and Ipod docking station. There is an outdoor gas grill, tennis rackets and balls, a basketball, Frisbees, and 2 cruiser bikes on site for your use during your stay!

This is a dream location for the sightseeing traveler, only minutes from downtown Flagstaff with its quaint shops and fine restaurants. Just a 10-minute drive to the Snowbowl for skiing, snowboarding, sledding or a beautiful scenic ride on the ski lift any time of year! You can easily make a day trip to the Grand Canyon or see the ruins at Wapatki National Park. There are several golf courses nearby and also lakes for fishing or boating. Just a short drive and you can see the Red Rocks of Sedona!

  • What a wonderful house! Perfect size for 4 adults and 2 children. The kids loved the apple trees and the adults loved the location, central to everything. We will definitely look in to staying here the next time we are in Flagstaff.

  • This is a great house on a quiet street. There is a wooded park with tennis courts, Frisbee golf, a playground and picnic tables right across the street. This house is very comfortable to hangout in, it is almost a shame there is so much to do and see in the Flagstaff area. I have stayed in several vacation rentals across the country and this is definitely one of nicest. If you like getting a 5 star house for the price of a 3 this is your place! It is newly remodeled to feel very clean, warm and inviting, not like a typical vacation rental! "Home away from Home" is the perfect description! Even our 2 year old would wholeheartedly agree!!! The owners (Kevin and Kellie) were great to work with. Our next trip to Flagstaff will definitely be based on the availability of this house if at all possible!!!

  • This house was just perfect for us. It's VERY clean and comfortable. We traveled around from Flagstaff up to Page, Sedona and the Grand Canyon so this was perfectly located in the middle of it all! Downtown Flagstaff is just a short drive or you could even walk if you're not all hiked out! The food store is close by and the kitchen has pretty much everything you need. There were plenty of towels and pillows. Even coffee and clothes detergent were there for our use. The bikes were too big for me (I'm small) and my 10 year old. Overall this was a great place and I highly recommend it!

  • We had a WONDERFUL time! The house is awesome - great renovation and very clean. It was wonderful to have wi-fi and we used it a lot for directions and things to do. The house is close to everything - Downtown Flag, Snowbowl, Sedona, and The Grand Canyon. The owners went above and beyond to think of everything a person could want - examples like BBQ utensils, wood for the fireplace, bikes, hairdryers, extra linens and towels, even laundry detergent. The park across the street is great - full of snow right now for a snowball fight or sledding - it also makes the street very quiet. The neighbors are nice too. From start to finish, this was an excellent experience.

  • My two small children and I stayed here two nights. We absolutely loved it! The location is perfect with forested land just across the street, as well as a play area and tennis courts. The house itself is beautiful, as is the yard. All of us who stayed were very comfortable and impressed with the amenities. We plan to stay again, and will recommend it to everyone! I did have one small suggestion which the owners were happy to implement.

  • The property is beautiful in every way and is perfect for families or a special romantic getaway. The location was incredibly close to skiing, hiking, shopping and dining. We loved everything about it, particularly the spacious kitchen. The plasma TV’s where a hit with the kids. It felt like a five stars all the way and yet still had that “home sweet home” feel. We can’t wait to go back!

  • We had such a wonderful stay at this home. It is even more wonderful than the pictures show. Great location, very close to downtown and easy to get to. Park across the street is fantastic, and great for kids. Home was beautifully decorated, well-kept, and very clean. Owner was great to work with, and we plan to stay here again in the future. I would recommend this highly to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in a home away from home.

  • I stayed in this place twice, once with my family and next time with my friends. Without doubt, this would be my first choice of place to stay in Flagstaff irrespective of the occasion. The place is very modern, spacious and comfortable. Newly renovated with all amenities including like flat screen HD TVs, bikes, grill in the backyard and more. Clean, well maintained and the handy instruction manual had answers to all the questions we had. There is no doubt that Owners have put lot of thought into making the stay comfortable. The place is very closely located to the town in a calm neighbourhood and at the same time close to the nature. Just outside the property is the tennis court, park and beautiful view of the mountains. I would strongly recommend this place to anybody who is planning their stay in Flagstaff.
