For way less than the cost of a hotel room have your own studio condo overlooking Sapphire Marina with boats going and coming. A very clean unit, this was totally remodeled in 2004. Great watersports available or just sunning on the beach. 2 pools and a restaurant on site and just a mile away from Red Hook Harbor with ferries to St John, Duffy's Love Shack, Red Hook Saloon and restaurants, pizza, spirits, grocery, beach bars, ATM etc.
Duty free shopping in Charlotte Amalie is about a $15 taxi ride or catch the dollar bus (now $2) like locals do.
We will provide you a list of the best things to do on the island to make your vacation a great experience beyond just sun and relaxation.
East End Adventure: In addition to the sun, watersports and relaxation, the condo is within one half mile of 'where the action is' on the east end of the island. Ten restaurants, beach bars, Duffy's Love Shack, Molly Malone's, Latitude 18 and others. Or catch a ferry one day (about $35.00) to go to Jost Van Dyke (Foxy's, Soggy Dollar Bar), (about $5.00 to go to) St John's beaches, shopping or to hang around Woody's to see if Kenny Chesney shows up.
Sail Away: Charter boats leave from your front door at Sapphire Marina. Go for a sunset cruise, a day sail to Foxy's at Jost VanDyke or the Baths at Virgin Gorda in the British Virgins (bring your passport). Take a romantic evening sunset sail with cocktails and appetizers to make a meal. You can even go sports fishing for marlin on a boat moored right in front of your balcony.

We had a wonderful stay at sapphire village. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated and was well equipped for our needs. We would highly recommend this conveniently located unit with great amenities to any couple or family looking for an ideal set up and convenient location to one of st Thomas' best beaches.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We stayed here for the month of March 2011. The condo had everything we needed. Sapphire Village overall was very very nice. The people there are great and very pleasant. We love the close proximity to Red Hook, Sapphire Beach and TuTu Mall. The pool was great all the time along with the resturant. I would definately stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Our stay at the Sapphire Marina condo was a spectacular experience! The condo came equipped with everything we needed, and we especially liked being able to fix our own breakfast and enjoy it on the balcony overlooking the ocean. It's close to everything you need including Red Hook, the ferry to St. John, and some great restaurants. Our best experience was on a day-sail with Oh Be Joyful Sailing... awesome sail, snorkeling, and lunch aboard... a truly wonderful day and one I would recommend to anyone with a penchant for the water.Did you find this review helpful? We stayed at this condo the first week in April, 2010. The location was perfect... only minutes from Red Hook, the ferry to St. John, great restaurants, etc. We loved the convenience and amenities of the condo and especially enjoyed fixing our breakfast and eating on the balcony with a terrific view of the water. The beach is only a few steps away, and we also enjoyed the pool. One of our best excursions was a sailing and snorkeling excursion out of Red Hook on a small, private sailboat registered through ohbejoyfulsailing.com. We'd recommend this experience to anyone who loves the water, enjoys sailing and snorkeling, and is looking to have an amazing, fresh lunch prepared by the captain. It was the best!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

It was so nice to relax at Sapphire! The weather was great and the condo was so nice we didn't leave the condo on two days out of the seven we were there. Very quiet location with a great view!Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

Wwe were very pleased with our stay in St. Thomas and can't wait to do it again. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the pool. The marina is a lovely view, we took the "New Horizions" snorkel trip. That was wonderful. Our studio was plenty of room and very clean. Great studio, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Everything in good working order, nice deck with view of the marina. Owners very helpful with anything you might need.
