Available for rental, the "Seagull" is a 2 bedroom/2 bath Condo overlooking Northwest Creek Marina on the Neuse. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a deck overlooking the marina. The second bedroom contains 2 twin beds. The large great area has a deck overlooking the marina, dining area, living area, and a full kitchen with everything you need. Your own washer/dryer is also in the unit. Two full bathrooms make this a comfortable place to stay.
Assigned private parking is located under the building. Boats and trailers may be parked here as well (larger trailers may be parked in the adjoining lot). The unit is just 100 feet from the fishing pier and boat ramp, and a 5 minute walk to the Recreation Center and pools, restaurant, and convenience store. All sheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels, and kitchen towels are included.
The unit is located in the resort area of Fairfield Harbor, New Bern, NC on the Neuse river. The many activities available in the resort make for a great active vacation rental! For the cycling enthusiast, several NCDOT Cycling routes wind through the area; beach cruisers can also be rented for a lazy afternoon cycle through the Harbour. The pools are reserved for lap swimming twice daily at 7:30am and 2:00pm (outdoor lane is 20m). If you prefer lighter exercise, aqua aerobics are held during the week after lap swimming. And for the runner/walker, the area offers many great running/walking paths (completely flat). Stretch and Tone, Tai Chi, Step Aerobics, and Tennis are also available. A small gym located in the Recreation Center offers 2 treadmills, 2 stationary cycles, 2 elipticals, and a universal gym.
Children are welcome and will be kept entertained. The Recreation Center offers weekly summer camps for kids, an arcade, and movie night. The pools are very kid friendly and include towel service and beach chairs. Coolers may be brought into the pool area!
