Fabulously furnished modern condo unit on the second floor with many accessories you need at the beach. Has a scenic glass kitchen wall that opens to the balcony to have extra space. When we go back, we will rent this this condo again.

Paradise in Paradise

This is a beautiful Condo. You can wander along the paths through the beautiful gardens to the beach while you try and spot the largest Coy fish in their meandering ponds. The ocean lagoons are fabulous for swimming and the walkway along the beach is perfect for a morning stretch. The lagoon in front of the Paradise point is the best snorkeling in the area and turtles abound. Condo has a lovely view of the ocean and swaying palm trees. Owners were extremely helpful and easy to work with!

excellent location in Ko Olina

Nice condo with a nice kitchen. The location was perfect as we had 2 different kids with different schedules. It was an easy walk back to the room with the youngest who couldn't stay on the beach as long as the older one. Lagoon #2 which is next to the hotel is perfect as it had a lot of built in sunshade umbrellas on the beach. Unlike a hotel, it was great there was a washer and dryer so we didn't have to pack as many clothes. One good item to know is there is a fish feeding at the JW Marriott at 7:30AM in Lagoon #1. Fish like bonefish show up. This was nice for the kids too.

More Room, Better Facilities and Less Expensive than the 5 star hotels next door

This condo is nestled alongside the new Disney and JW Marriott 5 star Hotels in Ko Olina. Our party of 5 stayed here 8 nights very comfortably. Very clean, quiet and upscale unit. Enjoy ocean view from balcony off kitchen. 2 minute walk to the lagoon. Before getting to the beach/lagoon you are treated to a beautiful walk thru a gated garden that contains pools for adults and children, hot tubs, BBQ grills, koi ponds with hundreds of koi, an outdoor lanai-bar, beautiful flowering plants and perfectly manicured landscaping. The condo contains everything you'll need. If you don't plan on cooking yourself there are plenty of family style restaurants nearby. Safeway and other major stores are a 15 minute drive away. Ray, the owner, gives you top priority to ensure you enjoy your stay. We had a coffeepot malfunction one morning. We called Ray about it and a new one was delivered within hours. Being this was our first visit to Oahu we didn't have a clue where to stay. In doing our research we read these VRBO reviews. One review said "don't think twice about renting this place". That statement could not be truer. We based our decision to rent this condo on that review and can confirm you won't have any regrets either. Ray: Mahalo!

Quiet and uncrowded, a wonderful stay!

After reviewing our many options and places to stay in Oahu for two weeks, we picked this wonderful condo. And we were not disappointed! It is located in beautiful Ko Olina and the condo was just as beautiful. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed for a more than comfortable stay. I cannot name all the extras that were in this condo that were not listed for example, DVD's, beach chairs, cooler and beach toys. I cannot tell you how nice it was to have a washer and dryer to use in the unit (with the detergent provided). There are a few different places you can eat at in Ko Olina if you decide not to cook and more options available in nearby Kapolei. We really enjoyed dinner at Chuck's Steak and Seafood. We were very satisfied with Ray's customer service and how well the condo is maintained. Ray made everything easy for us before we rented this unit, while we in the unit and when we checked out. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to rent this beautiful condo in Ko Olina at a very reasonable price. The only recommendation I would have is to add a TV in the second bedroom (especially for people sharing the expense with another couple).

We stayed here with our 19 month old toddler and it was a beautiful unit. The unit had everything we needed (i.e beach toys, snorkeling gear, DVDs, books, etc), was nicely furnished, and felt very welcoming. The owner was very accommodating, prompt and professional. This is our third time here on the property and we love the resort. It's has beautiful grounds and has beach access, which is very convenient. We can't wait to come back. Thank you for wonderful stay.

The apartment pictures are accurate. The unit has very high-end amenities and was extremely comfortable. The pool areas are very nice and well-maintained, complete with a beautiful garden area with a large koi pond full of fish. The lagoons were also very good for swimming, particularly for small kids. We were arriving early and had a late flight out. Ray was very accommodating and allowed us to have both an early check-in and late check-out. Since we had a small child, we spent a lot of evenings in the unit watching movies--- which had a large selection of movies and full cable with on-demand showtime and hbo.

Easy location to get to the pool and a nice ocean view for a reasonable price. One comment: the unit did not have a kitchen table and there were only three bar stools which is not enough if two couples or a family stay in the unit.

Kolina Family Vacation

The Condo layout is very efficient with sate of the art appliances, media equipment, beach toys etc. Restaurants and stores are just 5 minutes away, The grills located through the pool area are also very convenient for fine dining on a budget, you can by your meat, wine and salad at Costco and have a wonderful evening on the almost unbelievable weather, during our stay we had all our meals either at condo balcony or in the pool area, beach-lagoon is just beautify, kids had hours of snorkeling and pay in the sandy beach you can even enjoy sea turtles coming to the beach in front of the villas for a rest every other day or so. For us it was just great to get through our daily walk/run through the trail that connects the 4 lagoons (about 2 miles long). The whole Kolina community is very safe we even let all our stuff at the beach and leave for a walk or shave ice at the marina shop at then end of the trail, villas staff is very courteous and willing to help. Do not think it twice it is wonderful !!!

I've been trying to book 2 2bd villas near each other for a 2 family vacation. Ray went out of his way to find another owner who would rent to us right across the hall from his. He also was willing to extend us a special which I hadn't seen advertised... Ray's place didn't work out, but what great customer service and a pleasant experience -- here is part of my email to him: I saw your message and was quite excited about your find. THank you so much for doing that work! But... this morning when I started asking for hard confirmations so I could go ahead w/ booking, 2 members of the other party have just changed plans...UGH. I appreciate your great customer service and have been sincerely grateful for the efforts you've gone through and your willingness to extend us your special, etc...
