The lower level has a 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds.
A large deck area is in the rear of the home with an electric grill, a wood burning fire place and large seating area. Several bikes, scooters and basketball hoop also available.

Great location for summer vacation for 1 or 2 families, football weekends for Norte Dame, or short term winter rentals.
