The home was completely re-modeled in 2006/7 from the 1907 original miners cottage but has all the amenities you'd expect from a new home. The property is on the 900 block of Park Avenue and is less than a minute walk from the town lift and Main Street. Unlike many Old Town properties we have plenty of parking with a large single car garage and a heated driveway. There are two sitting rooms, ideal if you want the children to have a pizza and watch TV upstairs, while the adults enjoy a meal downstairs. The property is approximately 2,500 sq ft and the rooms are spacious.
Fully furnished and well equipped, just bring your clothes skis/boards, food and drink.
