SUMMER 2010 BOOKING NOW! I have a clean bayside contemporary home just a short stroll to the bay! Enjoy sunsets and in July fireworks from the screened in porch! Not just another rental, this has been my vacation home for many years. I take pride in keeping it comfortable, clean and well equipped for each and every guest. New wooden laminent floors downstairs, brand new carpet upstairs. Shaded and fenced in backyard with outdoor shower.
All beds are brand new, 4 beach badges, cable tv, internet connection, beach chairs available if needed!
Driveway parks 3 cars and our home is walking distance to all restaurants, pubs, shopping, Fantasy Island, Murphy's Market, Buckeloos, Tuckers, Black Whale, Boat House, everything!

LBI has been a place I have been going to since I was a kid. It is a fantastic getaway and I absolutely love the island. I have owned this home since 1996 and it has offered my friends and family a multitude of great memories and perfect beach days!
The Unique Benefits of this House
I primarily love the location of my home. You can walk to most eating establishments, as well as Murphy's supermarket, Fantasy Island, the bay, the beach, mall and boat docks. On the Fourth of July you can see the fireworks display from the front porch! Very relaxing home that has most amenities a family would need.
