This beautiful and spacious executive villa is located in the upmarket private gated community of Lake Berkley Resort - ideal for your dream vacation in Florida. Enjoy the fabulous view overlooking the lake and island, enjoy peaceful meals and tropical birds whilst sitting out on our extended pool and deck area.
The villa is situated just 5 miles from the Disney theme parks and 6 miles from Sea World. The villa benefits from having two air conditioning zones in the upper and lower part of the property.
The accommodation includes 7 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, games room with pool table and laundry room. Playstation 3 is in the living area with games and DVD's as well as free Wifi so feel free to bring a laptop and use. The 2 private master bedrooms are en-suite, one has a walkout to the pool area. The villa also features a king size bedroom, 2 double bedrooms and two twin bedded rooms sharing a further 2 bathrooms each. There is plenty of room for the 14 guests with all the amenities you'd expect from an executive home. The furniture within the villa is of superb quality to ensure guest comfort at all times.
The best feature of the villa is the large deck area with a 30 foot heated pool and hot tub, ample poolside loungers and tables and stunning views over the spring fed lake and island. The lake has been restocked and fishing is available immediately outside your villa.
The resort boasts a clubhouse, exercise room and games rooms, community swimming pool, an offshore sun beach with a scenic fishing deck offering another perspective of the breathtaking view of our beautiful lake and island.
