The property was recently remodeled and refurnished! Everything from the carpet to the cabinets, appliances & electronics to the beds, couches & linens were replaced. It is in great condition. The beds are very comfortable, and with the second bedroom upstairs from the living room, kitchen, dining, and main bedroom, you have plenty of separation and privacy, yet plenty of space to gather together!
The Pines are one of the best locations in Steamboat. Ideally located between Downtown Steamboat Springs and the Steamboat Ski area, getting to either location is easy! There are shuttles going from The Pines directly to Gondola Square and also directly to "Old Town" Steamboat Springs, so you can get to the best parts of Steamboat in no time. Shuttles every 10 minutes going each direction!
You are also in easy walking distance to two grocery stores, 10+ options for dining, ski shops, a snowboarding shop, a post office, Blockbuster movies, Wildhorse Stadium Cinemas, Wal-Mart, Central Park Liquor, and various other stores. Very convenient!
This property faces away from the road, eliminating noise, and giving you a nice view of the courtyard, hot tub area, and Emerald Mountain!
