Golf:

Being Quoted A Lower Rate From Another Owner:
WARNING, NEW RULES EFFECTIVE 7/1/2012: All rentals at Las Palomas MUST go through the official rental pool. Although each unit is individually owned, Las Palomas controls the rates. If another owner is stating that they will send your keys, book you as an owner, guest of owner, or offering rates less than we are quoting, you will be renting illegally. Security at the main gate and front desk has been instructed to deny entry. The unit you may be renting under the table will have restricted services which may include no phone, cable, maid service, no pool and common area access, and other features you would expect. You can also be assured that the quality of the illegal unit, it’s furnishings, accessories, bedding, electronics, etc. will not have met Las Palomas minimum standards for the resort approved and managed rental pool. It’s supposed to be a vacation, not a nightmare. Only rent through a legitimate owner that is following the rules.

We had another great time and this condo was perfect. We love Las Palomas. We recommend it to everyone we know. We also golfed a couple times. Great course at an amazing price.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We had a great time in Mexico and our stay at Las Paloma's was the high light! We loved our condo and couldn't have asked for more. The beds were very comfortable. To pool area was the cleanest pool area we have ever experienced and the staff was very friendly!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

This condo has the best vacation layout I have come across. The colors, upgrades throughout and cleanliness was really second to none. I have already referred this condo to several friends and family members. Definately this nicest accomodations I have stayed at in all of Rocky Pointe!! Its extremely comfortable and functional on top of being beautiful, state of the art, and clean. I will be back!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful time in Rocky Point. Our room was beautiful and exactly as described. Although it was extremely warm in the room when we got there we were able to get the air on and it cooled down fairly quickly. The view was amazing and the room was clean and very well maintained. All the furniture was comfortable. As for Las Palomas staff... the pool area waiter was very friendly and helpful but the staff at the swim up bar basically ignored us while we asked repeatedly for assistance. Luckily we did not have the same problem at check in, the staff at the desk upon check in were very friendly, professional and helpful. When we go into town we always go to Flavio's the service is awesome and so is the food. The whole fried fish is amazing! I would definitely rent from this owner again and recommend this room to my friends. I would give our room an "excellent" rating but because of the unfriendly staff I gave the overall rating "good"Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My family has rented this condo two years running. We have found that is is beautiful, convenient and oh so comfortable. I wish we could take the beds home with us! The kitchen is amazing and it feels like home. There is nothing that we would change. We plan on coming back every year.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway.

With my wife having stayed at Las Palomas once before, we worked hard to make sure that we picked a good condo. We were not disappointed! This condo is huge, well-appointed, comfortable, well-situated and just great to come back to after a long day at the beach or pool. The owner is helpful, prompt and polite. We would absolutely stay here again.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

We just returned from a one week stay in Rocky Point for our family's spring break. Each of our kids brought one friend so there were 6 of us in total, but there was room for more. Our trip was fun, and we did not have any negative issues with being in Mexico. This condo is great - lots of room and very comfortable with everything needed to have a great vacation. Also - Ben was helpful and easy to deal with. We would recommend it and would love to go back again.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Guests can no longer book directly through LP and receive the approved discounted Owner Rates. LP will charge 50% of the total amount at the time of booking and the remaining 50% 10 days prior to check in. Cancellation fee is $150 if canceling more than 10 days prior to check in and the full amount after that.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
The only fee added is a 7.9% tax that is collected on every rental. Required wristbands, all resort amenities, and daily maid service are included.
