Our Condo:
Located in the new phase 2, Cortez building, unit # I-507 not too low, not too high, just perfect & over 3000 sq. ft. including the patios. We take great pride in our luxury vacation condos and guarantee to give you the best prices allowed at Las Palomas. What makes our unit better than others? Our condo was toured by AAA representatives and Las Palomas management. The AAA representatives stated seeing this unit was a deciding factor in awarding the 4 Diamond Rating to the resort. Condo features:
We loaded our condos with state of the art electronics, a 50" wall mounted Plasma TV in the Family Room on a tilt and swivel bracket for viewing from any direction including the patio, Bose sound system, iPod playing, docking & charging station & DVD player. All bedrooms offer 32" wall mounted plasmas & iPod stations. High Speed Internet, Laptop Computer (yes, we include one) & work station for your personal use. We also offer high speed wireless for your own lap top, available anywhere in the condo or balcony! This unit also offers a digital WALL SAFE in the laundry room. We have 2 master suites...one with an ocean view & one with a kitchenette right in your room (mini fridge, microwave, sink, & cabinets). The 3rd bedroom has a custom made bunk bed with a king-size lower bed & a queen size upper bed. There is additional guest sleeping on the over-sized sectional with a 52” square ottoman to maximize your sleeping arrangements! All beds offer Top-of-the-Line Pillow-Top mattresses to sleep your cares away! Gourmet Kitchens with a coffee pot & tons of other top-of-the-line appliances, gadgets, & Granite Countertops. The bathrooms have Marble & Travertine, built in hair dryers, oversized makeup mirrors, extra-Large Walk-In Showers & 2 soaking tubs. Large Dining Room Table with seating for 6 plus an additional 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar. We have included several games & movies for your enjoyment. Our condo offers Purified Water, Air-Conditioning, Laundry room with a full sized washer/dryer, sink, iron & full sized ironing board. HUGE Private Balcony, almost 700 sq.ft. off the family room & master bedroom plus a private balcony off the front master suite! Most Importantly a Stunning Ocean View! Wake up to the Sounds of the Ocean & Pristine Beachfront Views!

The current 2009 rates for our renters are only $20 + tax!! This rate includes your golf cart, 18 holes, & club rental is also available.

You also cannot be assured of the quality of the unit, its furnishings and accessories as that unit will not have met Las Palomas' minimum standards for the resort approved and managed rental pool.

We have been vacationing in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) for many years. We have stayed in most of the resorts in the area. We fell in love with Las Palomas & all of the amenities they offer. There is really no need to ever leave the resort! They have several pools, Jacuzzis, swim up pool bars, pool side eateries, 4 star restaurants, spa services, work out facility, convention/meeting center, wedding packages, banana boat rides, parasailing, jet ski rentals, you name it....
