Located just minutes from the Branson shows, outlet shopping, golf courses, theme parks, and the Table Rock State Park and Marina, this lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath condominium is perfect for a golf outing, shopping getaway, or family vacation. This home has plenty of room for several adults or large families!
The condo features a comfortable living area, with a new sofa, chairs and ottoman, television and dvd player. The sofa sleeper in the living area folds out to a queen size bed providing an additional sleeping area. From the living area, you can step onto the roomy screened-in porch, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or have a drink after a busy day at the malls or the lake.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath, separate vanity for two, and Jacuzzi tub. It also has a walk out to the porch overlooking a babbling brook and tranquil landscaping. The second bedroom, on the main floor, is also furnished with a king size bed and a bathroom with shower.
There is no need to plan all your meals out as there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with seating for 8 at the table. For a quick bite to eat, enjoy the 3 barstools at the breakfast counter.
The third bedroom is located upstairs, making it a perfect hideaway for the teenagers or children. This room is furnished with a queen bed, twin vanity, television, and dvd player. The third bathroom has a shower and tub.

Why the Owner Chose Branson
My first visit to the area was in 1995. Some college friends and I decided to take in the spectacle of the town at Christmas as well as take advantage of holiday prices at the outlet malls. Late that night, we found ourselves at the top of Inspiration Tower in Shepherd of the Hills. Singing Christmas Carols, we looked with wonder on the city’s twinkling lights contrasted against the dark, peaceful, rolling hills of the Ozarks.
Ever since that special night, I have been drawn to this place of warmth, hospitality, and grace. In Branson, the people are friendly, the entertainment is wholesome, and the environment is tranquil (just stay off the strip around show time!)
Branson hosts many great memories for me. I have witnessed young people’s troubles wash away as they splash about in Table Rock Lake. My relationship with God was awakened on numerous retreats in nearby Kimberling City. Most recently, I’ve enjoyed sharing quiet weekends away with friends and family. I pray you grow to love this place as much as we do.

Our whole family stayed for 5 days and it was wonderful. Plenty of room for everyone, clean and great location. Would definately recommend to anyone needing a great, reasonable place to stay in Branson.

What a beautiful place. When we walked in we were so pleased with the warmth of the condo. Beautifully decorated with all the amenities you need for your stay. Extremely clean with a terrific view from the screened porch. Was nice for everyone to have their own private bed and bath. Loved the open floor plan. The place has everything you need and more for your stay. A very pleasurable enperience.

I stayed for a weekend with my husband, my brother and his wife and my sister. There was plenty of space for privacy and the rooms were absolutely amazing! The view from the sun room was even better. There is a beautiful garden center that has a pond and a bridge and there were even a few ducks making themselves at home. We took a lot of photos. The room I chose looked like it came out of a makeover t.v. show with valances and material used as a headboard. I liked it so much I took pictures so that I can maybe duplicate the styel. The bathrooms were very nice and plenty of room in the shower and tub. I think we have already agreed to return to the same room next year! This is our 4th year of trying new hotels/ motels and bed & breakfast locations and so far this is the BEST!

We had a great time staying at this condo. It was just as described and the best feature is the screened in porch that overlooks a beautiful water feature. It was calming to be out there after a long day. It was a perfect location for us. We were no more than 8 minutes away from any of the shows we wanted to see. We were just on the outskirts of the main strip. Close enough to get to everything but not with any of the noise or traffic. It was a well groomed resort. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo.

Steve, my family and I enjoyed the condo. It was perfect for all of us had their own room and bathroom. The condo was clean and spacious. We have enjoyed our stay and will be back again. Steve, what a wonderful condo - the location and facilities are great. We couldn't have asked for nicer people here either. We met quite a few of the neighbors and they are all great. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have a "private" place to go at nights instead of a motel room. Thanks for letting us use your condo and look forward to staying here again.

Steve, when we walked in and saw the place, it was nicer than we had hoped for. We really enjoyed the place. It has all the comforts of home. We did quite a few things while we were here and it felt just like home at the end of the day. We would really love to come back and stay here the next time we visit, and we will tell friends of our stay here.
