Three cousins from South Carolina, FLorida and Texas enjoyed five wonderful days together. Having three bedrooms with three bathrooms made it perfect for us to all get ready at the same time. The weather was alittle cool for this time of year so we didn't get to enjoy the screened porch as much as we would have liked to. Steve was very helpful. We would recommend this location to anyone who would love to be close to everything but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet.

Me and 2 other couples stayed at this location. It was very nice and had enough room for all of us to feel comfortable. It is not far at all from the strip but far enough off the strip to enjoy peace and quiet when you need it. The 3rd bedroom is a loft so if you're staying with couples be aware of that and there are some stairs that you have to walk but once you get in it is just the way as described. They had everything we needed in the condo. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

I want people to know that it takes 14 stairs to get to the entrance of the condo from the parking lot and an additional flight to get to the 3rd bedroom. Your comfort is important to us. Our whole family stayed for 5 days and it was wonderful. Plenty of room for everyone, clean and great location. Would definately recommend to anyone needing a great, reasonable place to stay in Branson.

What a beautiful place. When we walked in we were so pleased with the warmth of the condo. Beautifully decorated with all the amenities you need for your stay. Extremely clean with a terrific view from the screened porch. Was nice for everyone to have their own private bed and bath. Loved the open floor plan. The place has everything you need and more for your stay. A very pleasurable enperience.

Location and beautiful brook

We had a great time staying at this condo. It was just as described and the best feature is the screened in porch that overlooks a beautiful water feature. It was calming to be out there after a long day. It was a perfect location for us. We were no more than 8 minutes away from any of the shows we wanted to see. We were just on the outskirts of the main strip. Close enough to get to everything but not with any of the noise or traffic. It was a well groomed resort. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo.

Amazing Stay!

I stayed for a weekend with my husband, my brother and his wife and my sister. There was plenty of space for privacy and the rooms were absolutely amazing! The view from the sun room was even better. There is a beautiful garden center that has a pond and a bridge and there were even a few ducks making themselves at home. We took a lot of photos. The room I chose looked like it came out of a makeover t.v. show with valances and material used as a headboard. I liked it so much I took pictures so that I can maybe duplicate the styel. The bathrooms were very nice and plenty of room in the shower and tub. I think we have already agreed to return to the same room next year! This is our 4th year of trying new hotels/ motels and bed & breakfast locations and so far this is the BEST!

Steve, my family and I enjoyed the condo. It was perfect for all of us had their own room and bathroom. The condo was clean and spacious. We have enjoyed our stay and will be back again. You will hear from us again for another rental. We have not had a family vacation where all of us could go and we finally did this summer again, thank you so much.

Steve, what a wonderful condo - the location and facilities are great. We couldn't have asked for nicer people here either. We met quite a few of the neighbors and they are all great. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have a "private" place to go at nights instead of a motel room. Thanks for letting us use your condo and look forward to staying here again.

Steve, when we walked in and saw the place, it was nicer than we had hoped for. We really enjoyed the place. It has all the comforts of home. We did quite a few things while we were here and it felt just like home at the end of the day. We would really love to come back and stay here the next time we visit, and we will tell friends of our stay here. We the grandparents came with our 2 daughters & 5 grandkids. Our oldest two grandkids just graduated from high school & we came to celebrate. We enjoyed ourselves as well as the rest of the family. The condo was a very nice place with plenty of room. The younger kids enjoyed the pool. We spent lots of quality time here playing games and talking. We give thanks to the Lord for allowing us this special time.

Another group of 3 generations spent a long weekend here. Grandchildren, kids, & grandkids all had great fun. This condo was great! The 3 bathrooms made life easy. The facilities & grounds are lovely! Super location! If you are looking for good local Mexican food place - Try Elenita's (?) off Green Mountain Road. Great food, easy to get to. The Table Rock State Park Marina was a super place to rent a Pontoon boat. All great fun for the 8 of us.

As grandparents of the group, we had great weather, a marvelous adventure, and of course sharing fun with the grandkids and their parents. Each day was different and enjoyed to the point of exhaustion. Needless to say, we had no problem sleeping. A great condo near to everything provided the hub for our vacation. This is an excellent property with facilities as described. The place was very clean and well maintained. My friends and family went back impressed after the short stay in this place. We planned to visit Silver dollar City on a rained out Saturday. But, we didn't have to regret much, because the condo was comfortable to gather around and visit nearby attractions. We did not regret picking this place neither will you.

It was our first stay here in Branson, drove up from Texas from a conference and met our parents here at your condo. The setting is beautiful and we hit all of the pools and enjoyed some time at the clubhouse. Loved the condo. It was perfect for us. Becky took great care of us! Thanks for the nice place to stay!

We had a great stay. There were 9 of us (6 adults and 3 children) and we had plenty of room. The place was clean and welcoming when we arrived and the location was great. We especially liked having the pool so close. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in this condo! It is huge, comfy, and decorated very nicely. Our favorite part is the terrific screened-in porch. We had to tear ourselves away from it to go to a show. The "welcome" goodies that were put out for us were a wonderful treat, too. It felt like a home away from home, and we'll definitely try to stay here next time we visit Branson.
