Luxurious Discovery! Lower Deer Valley…an easy stroll to Snow Park Lodge. The free shuttle takes skiers to the lifts and is about 20 convenient steps from the patio. Easy access and easy to find. Centrally located to Main Street, Park City Resort and of course Deer Valley.
We LOVE our unit! Spacious, warm, clean, and well appointed. Two bedrooms, two baths, about 1300 square feet.
An exceptional space with all the bells and whistles…fully equipped stainless kitchen, 10 foot ceilings, granite countertops, slate & granite baths, hardwood floors throughout, WIFI, bedrooms with new LCD TVs. Serta beds, garden tub in Master & our spacious great room has a wall mounted LCD TV.
It's great for a family; sleeps eight: Master bedroom with a king, Guest bedroom with a queen, Living Room has a sleeper sofa with an upgraded spring mattress with built in air mattress. There is an additional daybed trundle in the Master that makes out to two twin beds.
We have a private 6 person Jacuzzi right on the patio.
Oh, and by the way.....no stairs to hassle you with ski equipment. Sweet!

My daughter, granddaughter and I had a delightful and most comfortable stay at this lovely vacation condo at Deer Valley during President's week. We found the accommodations spacious, spotless and attractively decorated. As we were told by the owner would be the case, we found the free shuttle and bus services to and from Park City's Main Street and the Snow Park Base Lodge area quick, convenient and easy to use (about a one minute ride to the base and 5 minutes in the oposite direction to town). I recommend this property to anyone that appreciated staying in a property that is obviously so very well taken care of by its owner.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children.

I took my kids to Deer Valley for spring break, and was lucky to find this gem of a condo. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. The condo was exactly as described, and it was perfect for our needs. It was so close to the ski resort, and there is a free shuttle that goes right by (my teens used it a couple times). We enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace. The garage was handy as well. I highly recommend this end unit highly.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

3rd year in a row that my daughter, age 11, and I have skied Deer Valley. This condo made us feel like we were at home. Great location for skiing - right at Snow Park, and easy drive to Park City and anything else you would like to see. Living room area/fireplace/front porch is about as comfortable as it gets. Enjoyable stay, will look here 1st next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Beautiful condo in great location. Perfectly equipped with anything you could possibly need while on vacation. Bus stop just steps outside the patio door which is perfect when loaded down with ski equipment. Owner easy to communicate with, timely in responses, and very helpful in general. Quick bus ride to Park City for dinner and shopping. Furniture was so comfortable, it felt like home! Definitely plan to rent again in the future. My sons and I enjoyed our stay at this warm and comfortable condo. The entire unit is beautifully decorated. We loved the living room and the fireplace. The kitchen was well equipted. Our family stayed in this beautiful condo over the christmas holidays and had a wonderful experience. This home is decorated wonderfully and is in a perfect location for skiing at deer valley or park city. All the amenities are there and it was great soaking in the hot tub at the end of each day watching the snow and looking out at the mountain. About the owner: Interior Design Sports Marketing professional who purchased this place just after the Salt Lake Games. I worked in Salt Lake for the two years leading up to the Games and fell in love with Park City and Deer Valley. I try and spend as much time as possible there in the summer, to escape the heat in Atlanta, my primary residence.
Why the Owner Chose Chaparral:
My place is just at the base of Deer Valley directly across from Snow Park Lodge. I have beautiful views of the mountains and ski runs. The ski shuttle runs a few steps outside my patio. I didn't want to hassle with stairs, so I am on the ground floor....but with 9 foot ceilings, so it's got an open feel. I am fairly particular, and this unit met all my expectations.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Ski shuttle runs right outside the door. I have a quiet end unit, and just outside the patio is a great 5 foot wide side walk for biking, walking, etc. I have a concierge serivce that helps out guests with ski rental, grocery store, or daily housekeeping. The Park City tram takes you to all major ski resorts, as well as the Main street in Park City, less than 2 miles away. Oh, I have a private hot tub right on the patio....and I just completely remodel the unit about 3 years ago.....
