Luxurious Discovery! Lower Deer Valley…an easy stroll to Snow Park Lodge. Located in the Chaparral complex, a fast eighth of a mile to the lifts. The tram takes skiers to the lifts free of charge and is about 20 convenient steps from the patio. Easy access and easy to find.
Centrally located to Main Street, Park City Resort and of course Deer Valley. Tram takes you to any of the major resorts in the area - The Canyons are close by as is all the world class dining, shopping and entertainment activities you could want.
We LOVE our unit! Spacious, warm, clean, and well appointed. Two bedrooms, two baths, about 1300 square feet. Great for a family. It sleeps eight: One King (Master)one queen bed(Guest), a queen sofa bed with upgraded air/spring mattress(Living Room), and an additional daybed trundle in the Master (makes out to two twin beds).
An exceptional space with all the bells and whistles that define luxury…fully equipped stainless kitchen, 10 foot ceilings, granite countertops, slate baths, hardwood floors throughout, WIFI, bedrooms with LCD TVs. Serta beds, garden jacuzzi tub. The spacious great room has new 42" wall mounted LCD TV.
Private 6 person Jacuzzi is right on the patio. Relax and enjoy the view from the spa and quickly step back to a cozy, warm fire. The building is rustic in appearance, and has all of the amenities you want for a perfectly wonderful stay.
Oh, and by the way.....no stairs to hassle you with ski equipment. Sweet!

Why the Owner Chose Chaparral
My place is just at the base of Deer Valley directly across from Snow Park Lodge. I have beautiful views of the mountains and ski runs. The ski shuttle runs a few steps outside my patio. I didn't want to hassle with stairs, so I am on the ground floor....but with 9 foot ceilings, so it's got an open feel. I am fairly particular, and this unit met all my expectations.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Ski shuttle runs right outside the door. I have a quiet end unit, and just outside the patio is a great 5 foot wide side walk for biking, walking, etc. I have a concierge serivce that helps out guests with ski rental, grocery store, or daily housekeeping. The Park City tram takes you to all major ski resorts, as well as the Main street in Park City, less than 2 miles away. Oh, I have a private hot tub right on the patio....and I just completely remodel the unit about 3 years ago.....

I worked in Salt Lake for the two years leading up to the Games and fell in love with Park City and Deer Valley. I try and spend as much time as possible there in the summer, to escape the heat in Atlanta, my primary residence.

3rd year in a row that my daughter, age 11, and I have skied Deer Valley. This condo made us feel like we were at home. Great location for skiing - right at Snow Park, and easy drive to Park City and anything else you would like to see. Living room area/fireplace/front porch is about as comfortable as it gets. Enjoyable stay, will look here 1st next year.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Beautiful condo in great location. Perfectly equipped with anything you could possibly need while on vacation. Bus stop just steps outside the patio door which is perfect when loaded down with ski equipment. Owner easy to communicate with, timely in responses, and very helpful in general. Quick bus ride to Park City for dinner and shopping. Furniture was so comfortable, it felt like home! Definitely plan to rent again in the future. Don't hesitate to rent unit-it won't disappoint!

My sons and I enjoyed our stay at this warm and comfortable condo. The entire unit is beautifully decorated. We loved the living room and the fireplace. The kitchen was well equipted. The view of Snowpark from the jacuzzi was really wonderful. My sons are already planning for next year!

Our family stayed in this beautiful condo over the christmas holidays and had a wonderful experience. This home is decorated wonderfully and is in a perfect location for skiing at deer valley or park city. All the amenities are there and it was great soaking in the hot tub at the end of each day watching the snow and looking out at the mountain. Your a minute away from deer valley with easy access to either the transport or parking for your car. We love our stay here!
