The "CROSSINGS" of WaterSound Beach is the newest luxury lifestyle along the beautiful Scenic Beaches of 30-A.
WATERSOUND is often featured in the pages of COASTAL LIVING MAGAZINE, but our personal condo was FEATURED in the 2007 JULY/AUGUST edition in an article entitled "Kross Country" that displayed the many upgrades done to the condo. Only a handful of units in the Crossings at Watersound are considered "TownHomes" and come with a GARAGE, and this is one of them!
The Beautiful King master bedroom is located on the ground floor. LUXURY is what descibes this master bathroom with two walk in closets, jetted garden tub and separate shower. Take a nap or read your favorite book while relaxing to the waves on your private patio off the master bedroom which leads to the BOARDWALKS through the DUNES and to the beach or the BeachClub.
Also downstairs is AN EXTRA BUNK-ROOM for the kids and an office if you HAVE to do a little work! Just bring your LAPTOP(YES,WE HAVE WIRELESS!!!) and make yourself at home!
Upstairs features two bedrooms: one with another KING bed, and the third bedroom with TWIN beds. Each bedroom has their own full bathroom, as well as a TV and DVD player and everything you will want or need!
The living area is very spacious and relaxing with a "SPA-LIKE" appeal and features a 42" TV and DVD player.
The kitchen has all the comforts for a GOURMET cook and the only thing you'll have to figure out is what to cook or where to eat out!! The dining room table has seating for eight. But the best "FEATURE" of this condo is the SPACIOUS PORCH AND BALCONY with comfortable chairs overlooking the dunes and the ocean!! Part of the porch is COOL and SHADED and the other IS for the sun worshipper.
Just a short walk away is the PRIVATE POOL for Crossings (along with THREE OTHER POOLS in the complex) that is surrounded by a lovely grassy area and large outdoor fireplace with the ocean crashing behind you!! PLUS, We are members of the EXCLUSIVE BEACHCLUB, which means you will be able to use since you will be guests of our condo!!!! There are also two commercial gas-grills at the pool for your convenience.
Watersound has more than ONE MILE OF PRIVATE, WIDE, WHITE, SANDY BEACHES to enjoy. If you want to explore beyond Watersound, you can ride your bike, walk, or drive a few miles to SEASIDE, SEAGROVE, OR ROSEMARY. The 30-A bike trail to will take you from Santa Rosa Beach to Inlet Beach, and you can stop along the way to look at all the neat little shops at Gulf Place, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove, Alys Beach, Seacrest, Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach. This area has some of the best restaurants and also some of the most unique shopping available.
Other wonderful things about WATERSOUND are the PUTTERING PARK (beautiful putt putt golf),BIKE, KAYAK, and UMBRELLA/CHAIR rentals, the STATE OF THE ART FITNESS CENTER, BIKE and WALKING TRAILS and the BEACHCLUB!!!

dunes and elevated tee boxes. The layout

of color and movement,” with green
complexes alternately shaped in the
domed style of Pinehurst’s famed No. 2
course, or perched on pedestals fortified
by bunkers. All of our members
and guests will enjoy a secluded, natural
experience that should make a lasting

Also located in the WaterSound community, the Origins course is dedicated to making golf more fun, accessible and attractive to families, yet challenging enough to retain the interest of the avid player.
A six-hole regulation course that alternatively plays as a nine-hole executive course and a 10-hole par-three layout, the Origins course was conceived with the short course concept at its core. Designed by Love Golf Design, which was founded by PGA Tour player Davis Love III, the course is consistent with the origins of the game in Scotland, where six-, nine- and 12-hole courses were commonplace.
Sand bunkers have flat bases with steep walls, many of them constructed of stacked sod, again very similar to the traditional Scottish design. But unlike in many bunkers in old Scotland, players will not find sheep seeking shelter from the elements.
Also close by is Santa Rosa Country Club, Kelly Plantation (a Freddie Couples course in Destin) and Windswept Dunes(the longest course in Florida) only 25 minutes from 30A in Freeport.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We wanted a BEAUTIFUL VIEW. We wanted a GARAGE, so that we could drive right up and not worry about rain or an elevator. We wanted to be able to SLEEP EIGHT. We had to have the BEACHCLUB. And,it had to be DECORATED to a tee!!

Hi Jeanne, Thank you SO much making your condo available to me at such short notice. As a Mom, we have to grab the opportunity for quiet time when it comes up. I couldn't have asked go a more peaceful setting. The view from your condo was such an awesome surprise. The photos online do not make it obvious that your entire unit faces the ocean. I also enjoyed the downstairs deck since it was a bit windy and chilly. Since the serene dune protects it yet allows the sun to shine, I was probably one of few to be able to work on my tan. Being right in between the main pool and Beach Club was perfect. I never used my rental car. Since Watersound is located between Rosemary and Seaside, I was able to rollerblade to each and enjoy great meals and shopping. I will say that my favorite was the sunset cocktail at the Beach Club bar. Such great company including the fabulous staff. I must comment on your Manager Heather. I have to tell you that she was the actual reason I originally chose your condo. She was real, honest, helpful, courteous, generous, and happy to assist me above and beyond the call of duty. You are very fortunate to have her. Sorry for rambling. Thank you for everything. I hope to bring my boys the next time. Dear Jeanne, What a wonderful week at Water Sound! Your home is just lovely! Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and plenty of room for the 7 of us. The deck was a great "extra" room as we had breakfast out there every day. The proximity to the beach and pool was just perfect, easy to hop back and forth during the day. We joined the Beach Club for the week and it was worth every penny - beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, rest rooms, cold drinks - perfect! We had some great meals at Georges, Paradis, Bud & Allies, & the food trucks in Seaside. We went to the Sugar Shak three times, telling the kids to "pick one thing!" Beautiful home, white sand, blue water - it was a great week! And thank you for your gracious "Welcome" gift - much appreciated after a 5:00AM departure from CT! See you next year!

This is the second year my family has rented this condo from Jeanne. Watersound is the perfect vacation spot, the beaches are beautiful and the Beach Club is a must! We love this beautiful condo and the relaxing environment that Watersound provides. It's a great location and easy walk to the beach and pools. Jeanne is an excellent owner to rent from, she is prompt on returning deposits and will personally communicate with you to make sure your needs are met. Thanks for a great week, we'll be back soon!

We have stayed at other places within Watersound that have been very nice but once we stayed in here, we knew we landed on something special so we keep coming back! The proximity to the beach and the beach club are unmatched. Combine that with a beautifully decorated, well appointed and very spacious townhome and you have perfection! We spend a lot of our time on the covered deck upstairs - it is hard to find an outdoor space that is this spacious, private and has a great view. I would highly recommend staying (and relaxing) here - it's the only place for us! Thanks Jeanne - hope to be back soon!

"My parents, husband and I, and our two young children had an incredible stay at this beautiful townhouse. After a year of much stress, we all enjoyed the ability to relax together in quiet luxury.
