Hi Jeanne, We loved, loved, loved our visit! Just got home to TN and we have such mixed feelings. Always good to get home, but our vacation was wonderful! Thanks again for sharing your place with us. Everything was top notch- the decor was so soothing, kitchen and appliances fabulous, and the master bed was too comfortable! We appreciated the little touches too, such as the wine and pecans. Hi Jeanne, Thank you SO much making your condo available to me at such short notice. As a Mom, we have to grab the opportunity for quiet time when it comes up. I couldn't have asked go a more peaceful setting. The view from your condo was such an awesome surprise. The photos online do not make it obvious that your entire unit faces the ocean. I also enjoyed the downstairs deck since it was a bit windy and chilly. Since the serene dune protects it yet allows the sun to shine, I was probably one of few to be able to work on my tan. Being right in between the main pool and Beach Club was perfect. I never used my rental car. Since Watersound is located between Rosemary and Seaside, I was able to rollerblade to each and enjoy great meals and shopping. I will say that my favorite was the sunset cocktail at the Beach Club bar. Such great company including the fabulous staff. I must comment on your Manager Heather. I have to tell you that she was the actual reason I originally chose your condo. She was real, honest, helpful, courteous, generous, and happy to assist me above and beyond the call of duty. You are very fortunate to have her. Sorry for rambling. Thank you for everything. I hope to bring my boys the next time. Dear Jeanne, What a wonderful week at Water Sound! Your home is just lovely! Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and plenty of room for the 7 of us. The deck was a great "extra" room as we had breakfast out there every day. The proximity to the beach and pool was just perfect, easy to hop back and forth during the day. We joined the Beach Club for the week and it was worth every penny - beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, rest rooms, cold drinks - perfect! We had some great meals at Georges, Paradis, Bud & Allies, & the food trucks in Seaside. We went to the Sugar Shak three times, telling the kids to "pick one thing!" Beautiful home, white sand, blue water - it was a great week! And thank you for your gracious "Welcome" gift - much appreciated after a 5:00AM departure from CT! See you next year!

This is the second year my family has rented this condo from Jeanne. Watersound is the perfect vacation spot, the beaches are beautiful and the Beach Club is a must! We love this beautiful condo and the relaxing environment that Watersound provides. It's a great location and easy walk to the beach and pools. We have stayed at other places within Watersound that have been very nice but once we stayed in here, we knew we landed on something special so we keep coming back! The proximity to the beach and the beach club are unmatched. Combine that with a beautifully decorated, well appointed and very spacious townhome and you have perfection! We spend a lot of our time on the covered deck upstairs - it is hard to find an outdoor space that is this spacious, private and has a great view. I would highly recommend staying (and relaxing) here - it's the only place for us! Thanks Jeanne - hope to be back soon!

What a beautiful condo. We enjoyed ourselves so much. The location of the condo is great to the pool, beach and the beach club. The beach club is well worth the money and the best part. Make sure to ask for Tommy. The layout of the condo worked so well with the bunk beds and the office. Having a garage was a nice addition too. We would love to come back again!

We had a wonderful time and everything was perfect - again. It usually takes me a couple of days to unwind before I can truly enjoy vacation but I was settled the first night we were there – the townhome is such a relaxing atmosphere and so convenient to the beach club and boardwalks. The back deck is like priceless therapy! We will definitely be back (wish we were there now)!

Dear Jeanne and Greg, Just a quick note to say "THANK YOU" for allowing my children and I to rent your beautiful condo again this year! It was like coming home when we arrived, at the front door. We have had a stressful year and going to the beach and your home, were more of a respite and "harbor from our storm," than I can begin to express. Oh, and by the way, the weather was PERECT-YEA! My friend and her children that went down with us, enjoyed their stay as well. Although, they were jealous that there condo wasn't as nice as yours! : ) I hope Mark and his golfing buddy has as much fun as we all did. Remember, if you ever want to visit the Bluegrass State (home of beautiful women and fast horses, sometimes the other way around : ) ), you have our home to call your own. Ya'll are welcome anytime. We thoroughly enjoyed your home! Our group was our family of 6 (four kids under 9 years old) and one set of grandparents – four adults and four children. We fit very comfortably, with plenty of room to spread out or be together for meals, games, movies, whatever. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the Beach Club, you are just about as close as you can get! We rode bikes all over the place, maybe 20+ miles by the end of the week. . . we also played golf at Origins (twice), fished, swam, played tennis, went crabbing, and explored every inch of Watersound Beach. This was our second stay at WSB and our 10th visit to 30-A in the past 8 years. We are getting pretty picky, but we all agreed your home was the best mix yet of location, amenities, comfort, and value. It is very nice to have a ground floor unit with the porch and the garage, but still have an ocean view upstairs. Thanks again for hosting us.

What a lovely home you have! The community oceanside setting and spacious townhouse unit are very enjoyable. Not a detail was spared on decorating. There is a pleasant view anywhere you look. The master bedroom window treatments alone make the place. What a treat to have a nice dark bedroom to sleep in. And we loved having a garage to keep the car cool at all times. The deck was delightful with the ocean sounds and views. And we really enjoyed having the pool and beach just a short walk away. I have been telling all of my friends about your unit and Watersound. Most of our friends stay in communities on the other side of 30A. I feel as if Watersound is an undiscovered gem. For a similar price, we were able to enjoy all of the benefits of being ocean side all day long. We also love the efforts the community has made to preserve the dunes, lakes and lilyponds. It is a rare type of development on the ocean side of 30A. Not all houses and concrete, but nature preserved throughout. And the community is so QUIET! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

We had a great time. Your condo was perfect for us (in many ways) and I'm already looking forward to our next stay! "Absolute quality" is the best way that I can describe our experience. We have an appreciation for great atmosphere and WaterSound is just wonderful! I highly recommend this condo. It is as advertised. Communication is great. No problems whatsoever. All the amenities are top notch! The Beach Club is a big plus---it was very relaxing and fun! You have made a very sound investment in WaterSound (no pun intended)! We had a great time and the condo was fabulous! It was a family trip with my mom, sister, brother-in-law, nephew and his girlfriend. They all commented on how great the trip was at Watersound. My nephew wanted to do a family trip for his high school graduation. He was thinking more on the lines of Universal studios but when I made the plans for the beach he was okay. Definitely a memorable trip and the location was great. We will keep your information for next year. I had friends staying at Seagrove and they came to take a look at the location and would consider it as well. They were impressed. You have done a beautiful job on the decorating. This is a beautiful home!! I will be back. The beach is unbelievable!!! It is the prettiest beach in the area!!! The condo itself is not without any luxury! Nice furniture, soft high count cotton count sheets and every need there is to imagine! Enjoy the beach, the dunes, the walks or rides along the boardwalks or 30-A, shopping in Seaside, Rosemary beach or close by Destin. Numerous GREAT restuarants! This owner is a member of the exclusive BEACHCLUB that you can use for an additional fee that is very woth it!!
