I was sitting on the deck very early one morning admiring the unreal view of the entire Ten Mile mountain range. The air was cool, crisp and clean and the Downtown Breck lights were still on glowing a beautiful hue of yellow.
There was a thin layer of clouds tucked in tight against the middle of the mountain range as if giving them a morning hug. The sky behind the mountains had a bright fluorescent pink glow. As I sipped my coffee I thought the magic of this scene never stops. I’ve seen it a many times and it just gets better and better. Just then I felt the presence of someone behind me. I turned to see my 9 year daughter looking out with tears rolling down her face. I was shocked and ask her “what’s wrong”? She wiped her tears away and said “nothing is wrong Daddy, the mountains are just so pretty and you’re the best Daddy I have.” I smiled and gave her a hug. I knew right then taking the family on a real vacation is a very special thing to do.
Located just up the hill from Downtown Breckenridge about 3 minutes, with free transportation to the ski lifts and all of Downtown. Front door on the first level is the kitchen, dining room, living room, deck, and 1 bath you can also sleep 4 on the fold out full size sofas. The second level has the master bedroom with a full size bed and a full bath; bedroom #2 with a full size bottom bunk and a single size top bunk, and full bath in hall. Level 3 is a nice loft bedroom with a queen size bed, and also has a single size roll-away bed.

The lodge and spa will be closed during the Summer. We just bought a membership to the Lodge and Spa. Just 1 minute away giving you free use of the outdoor hot tubs, indoor pool, athletic club, steam rooms etc... 3BR/3BA sleeps 12+ all linens, full kitchen facilities, washer/dryer, wood stove, complete with new furnishings, stage stop across the street with free rides to the lifts and Downtown Breck! 3TVs, DVD, CD, 3 phones, and 50 cable channels. We have gone through quite an effort to set this house up right. You will not be let down....no cheesy rental here, I put my reputation on it. My partner and I have the best cleaning service in Summit County keeping the place spotless!!!!
