Remodeled in 2008, the Beach Cottage luxury condo welcomes you to a child and family friendly retreat on the California Riviera, in Monarch Beach. We are located across the street from Salt Creek Beach, west (beach-side) of PCH. Beach access is a short 5 to 7 minute walk away.
As you walk into our ground floor condo unit you will notice our beautifully and tastefully furnished living room area with a large open floor plan. Congregate around the open island area for a quick snack or breakfast before heading out for your day's activities. Or use the country style dining table (with seating for 6) to share quality family time with a home cooked meal.
Our newly remodeled kitchen features beautiful, new cottage-style cabinets with granite counter tops. Prepare a gourmet meal with the full use of brand-new stainless steel appliances and a large selection of cooking and baking utensils. Whether you choose to prepare a roast, saute, bake or even barbecue, we have the tools ready at your disposal. And if outdoor cooking is your forte, we have a brand new four burner stainless steel propane grill ready for you to use. Barbecue utensils and propane are provided for your convenience.
After a day of sightseeing or playing at the beach, relax with the family in the comfort of our beautifully decorated "beach themed" living room on a comfy sectional. Watch DVDs and cable programming on our 40" Sony LCD HDTV. From the living room you can access our patio area to enjoy the cool ocean breeze while sipping on a cold beverage.
Our ultra luxurious condo includes two fully renovated bathrooms, equipped with amenities to help you relax. Both bathrooms are beautifully decorated with fine Italian porcelain tiles and eye-pleasing travertine in warm earth-tones. Leave your daily worries and stress behind with a nice long shower in our modern, six-jet, combination rainfall and massage shower panel in the roman shower of our guest bathroom. For the kids, taking a shower has never be so much fun. Also you can choose to unwind in an entirely differently style with a nice long soak or invigorating massage in the whirlpool bath of our master bathroom. The extra-deep 6-jet whirlpool soaking tub offers the convenience of a bathtub for your children, or the luxury of a relaxing deep tissue massage from the jacuzzi tub. Both bathrooms are furnished with soft and luxurious towels.
The centerpiece of the Beach Cottage is our romantic, Cape Cod themed master bedroom. You'll notice the beautiful details, from the deep, rich rustic maple hardwood floors, to the light and airy feel of the coastal colors and chair rails on the wall. Pamper yourself in fine linens from 500 to 600 thread count on the large California King bed. Choose to watch your own DVDs or cable television on your personal 32" HDTV LCD.
Our guest bedroom enjoys the convenience and comfort of being furnished either with two twin beds or one king bed. The king sized bed is made by combining the two twin mattresses together with a special mattress topper that eliminates the center groove. Your kids or guests will enjoy watching their own programming on their own 26" LCD HDTV/DVD.
Beach lovers will appreciate the backpack style folding beach chairs, beach towels and rotating umbrella that are provided for a day of enjoyment at the beach. The world-class Salt Creek Beach is only a short 7 minute walk away. For those of you that enjoy spending time poolside. The condo maintains a family friendly, fully enclosed, heated pool. Our unit is located a short one minute walk away from the pool and clubhouse.
Other amenities of the Beach Cottage include the use of free wireless internet, free local and long distance calling. Keep in touch with your relatives and friends back home and share your vacation memories with them.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I love being able to take a short stroll along the coast. Hiking along the bluffs and using the cycling trails are awesome. The people here are generally more friendly than in L.A. and other parts of Orange County.
