The apartment is situated on the seventh floor ( one below penthouse level) and has both sea and mountain views. It is ideally located less than 100 metres from the Puerto Banus beach, shops bars and restaurants. The property has the use of a full-size swimming pool,( manned daily by a lifeguard) a large and well equipped gym and a paddle court. There is a guard manning the front desk in the entrance hall 24 hours a day for your security and peace of mind and visitors can be allowed into the apartment via a videophone.
The area around Puerto Banus is a golfers paradise, with about 20 golf courses within 20 kms; it is sometimes called Costa del Golf! For the not so sporting, there is a vast array of designer shops, far too many to mention in close proximity. All the restaurants and bars of the marina are within a short stroll - there is no need to use taxis. El Cortes Ingles/Hipercor is only 75m metres away so if you like you can nip over for some fresh food and a bottle of wine and enjoy lunch on the balcony, and take in the sun and the sea views. Another favorite past-time of many is to check out the Ferraris and Aston Martins that are parked next to the big yachts down in the Marina.
