Excellent beach house built in 2003, this 12 bedroom, 12 bathroom is perfect for those summer getaways. On the oceanfront with a private pool (can be heated out of season with $50 per day surcharge-March 1-May 15 & Sept 15- Nov 15). Many great amenities like double refrigerator., 6 burner cook top, double oven, large game room, 65" TV in Recreational Room, 36" TV in Living Room, CCTV's, DVD, Dish Washer, W/D, MW, porch furniture, to name a few.
New large deck was added this year to support those large family reuions and special events. The most weddings are held at Splash Kingdom than any where else on the Island because of the set up around the pool for receptions. The beach can also be part of your reception by setting up beach chairs and serving appetizers. A special wedding web site has been set up, just email me for the web address.

Splash Kingdom at OIE was amazing. We had a big family celebration and the accomidations were perfect. Every bedroom has a bathroom. The two floors made is great to seperate the kids and the Kitchen was amazing. The pool and deck are brand new and the beach views are just breath taking. I wish I was there now. The area is really for those who want quite and beach. There is no commercializm at OIB and little shopping. Go to Sharkey's a very fun place. Craig was wonderful to work with and any time there was a minor problem (like cable not working) he responded quickly. There is a great place to rent kayaks and bikes as well. Hope to return someday.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

This is a fabulous property. Well kept, very upscale and in teriffic condition. It offers everything a large group would want in a vacation rental. Beaches are clean and not crowded. The media room has the largest widescreen TV, I've seen. First rate all the way
