Built in 2000, we invite you to stay at the The Pristina at Bethany Beach- 856A Garfield Parkway!
There are only 3 sets of Semi-Detached homes (6 units) in this community situated conveniently less than a mile's walk to the Ocean! The town features a newly replenished beach front, a boardwalk, a library, plenty of restaurants and shops, all within walking distance or an easy bike ride through the town. The home has 2 designated parking spaces and several open spaces for anyone to use. Bring your bikes or rent them nearby and park your car for the week. We have a shed for storage of bikes, fishing poles and beach chairs.
The floor plan inside the home is open, sunny & bright. The eat-in kitchen has a counter with bar stools. The kitchen opens up to the living room and dining area where there is a gas fireplace for your enjoyment. From the living room, there are 2 sets of sliding glass doors out to the beautiful sunroom. Back in the kitchen there are plenty of dishes to make whatever gourmet meal you wish and serve it out on the pretty rattan dining table in the sunroom watching the sun set. The entire first floor was recently painted and a brand new pergo floor put in the kitchen.
Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, large walk-in closet and private master bath. The 2nd bedroom has a set of twin beds you can use or push together to make a king-sized bed for a second couple to use. It also has a walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and an additional mattress underneath for a 5th person to use if needed.
The home is conveniently located near quite a few golf courses and other attractions such as antique shops and amusement parks like Jolly Rogers in Ocean City or the Boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach. Or, just spend the day sunning on the beach or sailing at nearby sailing clubs.
If you are looking for a nice, clean home to bring your family or friends for a "Week at the Beach" or a "Winter Shopping Holiday Get-away". This is the home for you. We have many returning renters and we know you will enjoy your stay!

Convenient to the Beach and located within walking distance to many restaurants. We also enjoy golfing and boating. There are several places to play golf nearby. We can also rent a boat slip in one of the the nearby marinas or go deep sea fishing out of the Indian River Inlet.

It is a great place for a winter get-away weekend with so many antique and unique shops in town and the Rehoboth Beach outlets nearby.

This is a wonderful house, a cozy and friendly place to spend time at the beach. It's close to town and the shuttle stops just around the corner. We have spent several very happy vacations here and would recommend the house to everyone.
