Much of the area around Aspen is public land within the White River National Forest, providing endless possibilities for downhill or cross-country skiing, dog sledding, horseback riding, mine exploring or fly-fishing. Great Location in Aspen

We stayed at this condo unit for four nights in August and were very pleased with it. The Gant is very conveniently located, within easy walking distance of all the major shopping and restaurants in downtown Aspen. As a result, we parked our car and walked everywhere! The unit itself is very attractive and the beds most comfortable. The photos that accompany the owner's write-up accurately portray the interior of the unit. Although we did not eat any meals in the condo other than breakfast, we did notice that the kitchen was well equipped with very nice quality pots, pans, glassware, etc.. Our only caveat is that potential renters of this unit should be advised that the owner will require that the entire rental be paid in advance at the start. That may or may not be typical of Aspen home rentals, but it has not been for homes that we've rented in other locations.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

We spent a long weekend at this condo in The Gant. Check-in was a breeze and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were so pleased with the condo. It was immaculate and quite large! Each bedroom had a private bathroom and the beds were so comfortable. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony. We made all of our meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. We took advantage of the heated pool and hot tub each day and it was great to relax. Complex was quiet and in a great location- a 2 minute walk to town. Would recommend this property to others and we will definitely return!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
