Great Summer Hangout!
Enjoy our COMFORTABLE, FAMILE FRIENDLY second floor villa which is conveinently located in HARBOUR TOWN. It is minutes away from shopping, restaurants, a fresh bakery, a playground with a climbing tree and spectacular sunsets from the rocking chairs overlooking the marina. The walk to Harbourtown is less than 5 minutes. Be sure and enjoy the view from the top of the LIGHTHOUSE.
Easy access, including parking, for the famed HERITAGE CLASSIC Golf Tournament in April. You can walk to the course from our villa.
The villa is across the street from the SEA PINES TENNIS CENTER and the SMITH STEARNS TENNIS ACADEMY, where you can enjoy daily clinics or private lessons.
Next to the tennis center is the famous HARBOUR TOWN GOLF COURSE and the OCEAN COURSE and MARSH COURSE are just minutes away. Driving Range and Pro Shop are available at all 3 Courses.
The LAWTON STABLES are 1 mile away and an easy bike ride to see the beautuful horses.
All of Sea Pines has GREAT BIKE TRAILS, over 20 miles of them. Bicycles, any and all sizes, can be delivered to our villa on the day of your arrival. Kids can enjoy riding away from the main road. Great for WALKING or RUNNING also.
Hilton Head's most beautiful BEACHES are minutes away, by bike or car. Beach toys and a Bogey board are waiting in the front closet for you to use while there.
In the summer, the FREE SEA PINES TROLLEY can also take you throughout the Plantation. The trolly stop is just outside the villa with comfortable benches while you wait.
There are 4 CLAY TENNIS COURTS on site to be used at your leisure- FREE. A sign up sheet is posted by the gate and a code is reqired to open the combination lock. The code is posted in our villa. A wonderful Tennis Pro is available for lessons or clinics by appointment.
A lovely POOL under the Live Oak Trees is also on site for a nice cool off after a fun filled day of activities. Comfortable Lounge Chairs await you. Pool toys and noodles are in the front closet for you to use while there. A restroom at the courts and pool is available.
Enjoy the VIEW from the BALCONY overlooking the lagoon with views of nature at its finest...ospreys, grey cranes, turtles, alligators, blue birds nesting,....a real show! There is a table and 4 chairs for you to relax and enjoy some meals or drinks. We have enjoyed watching the baby gator get quite BIG!!
Recently redorated. Plenty of comfortable sitting space in the LIVING ROOM with a NEW 40 inch HD FLAT SCREEN TV that is wall mounted. The KITCHEN is fabulous and well equipped and has NEW appliances. Full washer and dryer.
The MASTER BEDROOM has a comfortable KING bed with a memory foam matterss topper, 3 inch, and full bath/step in shower. The Second bedroom has 2 comfortable DOUBLE BEDS and a full bath/tub. Flat screen TV's with cable in both bedrooms, also wall mounted. The Sofa in the Living Room pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.

We had a wonderful time in this condo. Everything that you need to cook is in the well stocked kitchen. Remodeled areas are very nice! We would definitely rent here again. Clint the complex pro was very friendly and fostered good tennis. Location is superb.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

Awesome. Very nice, clean, comfortable and quiet villa, and so close to Harbour Town. Beautiful view of great oak tree with moss and pond. Easy access to Tennis courts and pool on property. Bike riding paths, Restaurants, Shopping and beautiful scenery all around. We were very pleased with the accomodations and the price. One bedroom with king size bed and other with two double size beds. Also has a sofa bed. Two baths. Plenty of seating room in living room and private dining room. Fully equiped kitchen to meet all your needs. Nice, Fresh, Clean linens and towels. They have thought of everything to make it a great vacation. Owner is so gracious and eager to make your vacation all you want it to be. We loved it. This villa was perfect!! There wasn t anything that we needed that wasn t there! Beautifully decorated, comfortable mattresses, great location, available tennis courts. We would gladly return. Newly renovated with warm attractive decor. Everything new and clean. Pretty lagoon out back, where we admired the beautiful large birds who visited regularly: great blue herons, egrets, etc... a bonus to taking our meals on the deck. Convenient location. Short walk to Harbour Town. We bicycled to beaches, marina, forest preserve, horse stables, and off-plantation attractions. This unit has new owners, and we were their lucky first renters. Andria, the owner, was very helpful via email before and after our stay. We stayed for a week in late December, when most of the plantation was sparsely populated. That was blissful for us - a couple in our early 40s looking for a peaceful getaway. If you come with a family, there are beach toys, plus a limited selection of games and DVDs. Tip: We began our vacation with 3 days in Charleston and absolutely adored it. If you are interested in charming historic streets and culinary delights, I highly recommend the excursion. It's about two-and-a-half hours drive north of Hilton Head.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

About the owner: Hello, We live in Chattanooga TN. Our son Matt is 12 and as you can see he loves to climb the trees at the Harbour Town Playground. He also loves the bike trails and the beach, no matter how cold the water. Hope you enjoy HHI as much as we do. Dan, Andria and Matt
Why the Owner Chose Racquet Club Villas:
After visiting HHI for many years we decided to buy our own place. We have been to other coastal areas in GA, FL and SC but always ended up back at HHI. We fell in love with these villas for the tennis courts and pool.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
It is great to be able to play tennis any time and on clay. Matt hits with the Smith Stearns Academy kids when we are there for some different competition. It is so nice that the bike trails are off the mainroad so we can enjoy it and not worry about cars getting too close. I enjoy browsing the cute shops around town.
