Follow the path down the side of the house to a private garden level entrance to basement studio bed and bath in a charming heritage house, half a block west of trendy Commercial Drive on 11th Avenue. Suitable for 1 or 2 (sharing queen bed) non smoking adult(s). Smoking okay on outside patio. The Broadway Skytrain Station is only 2 blocks away so you are within a short 10 minute train ride from downtown Vancouver or a very short walk from the funky restaurants and shops of Commercial Drive. Quiet and cozy studio with it's own entrance hallway (like a small suite) has a queen bed with pillow top mattess, desk, and adjacent, beautiful bathroom with soaker tub for your comfortable stay. Bar fridge with small freezer, electric kettle, and toaster oven in hallway outside the studio will add to your comfort. Please note that ceiling height is 75 inches. Enjoy your morning coffee on the brand new patio area with table that overlooks the garden. Laundry facilities are available in the rear entrance and will be shared with resident owner and downstair's tenant. Weekly cleaning and linen change for bookings over 7 days.

Street parking available or parking in rear drive (additional charge of $5.00 day). Other amenities of the neighborhood include 2 movie theatres, many ethnic restaurants and gourmet coffee shops, grocery shopping at Safeway and a variety of specialty shops, Trout Lake Park farmers' market on summer Saturdays, designated bike routes, and rapid transit (Skytrain) and commuter bus lines to downtown and UBC.
