This house has everything needed to enjoy a home away from home. It is very spacious and the pictures do not do it justice. Debbie, the owner, was incredible every step of the way from start to finish. It was clean, equiped and very large to give everyone their own space. The location also was ideal for being able to do many things in and around the Phoenix area. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

A spacious modern home in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. 3 baths, 5 bedrooms, a huge dining room, living room, kitchen, etc. I could have lived in the master suite with the large bathroom and walk-in closet. The washer and dryer were nice to keep our laundry washed. I wish we had chosen to have the pool heated as the nights got cold which kept the water too cool to swim. Debbie was very friendly to deal with. We received the keys and cleaning deposit in a timely manner. We can't think of any negatives and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house or to rent it again.

Like you, my wife and I were asking ourselves if this house was really all it said it was. It was and even more! Huge house with beautiful layout. Very quiet and friendly neighbourhood, close to a park and a few minutes away from amenities (grocery stores, restaurants, etc.) and sport facilities (baseball, golf, fitness centre). The house was clean and well furnished. Tile floors in all common rooms and carpet in living room and bedrooms. We would have prefered tiles all around as the white carpets are subject to stains and require regular cleaning.... We spent many hours in the backyard which is very private with access to a nice swimming pool. It would be nice to have the pool surroundings better finished as it gets windy and dusty at times. We made good use of the BBQ in the backyard. The owner Debbie was very attentive to our demands. She responded very quickly to our inquiries and made everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. We are already booked for next winter and are looking forward to our stay in this beautiful home.

What a surprise when we walked into the house. It was so spacious and quiet. There was enough room for the family to enjoy and breath. Accomodations were great. Debbie called to make sure we had arrived and if we had any questions, she was also helpful regarding the area. Hope to return on a more relaxing event.

The pictures dont do this house justice! Living rooms are huge and the country style kitchen is inviting to the entire family. The pool was awesome and the slide really put the cherry on top. I was able to wash my stuff in the washer and dryer before my ride back home. The neighborhood is quite and really upper middle class. Debbie is really great person to deal with and was always friendly to me. Can't wait to go back and rent this house again.

We just returned from staying in this beautiful home. My kids and family had a wonderful vacation in Goodyear. Very roomy and comfortable. It lives much larger than we expected (and there were 7 of us.) The pool with the slide was fun to look forward to each evening. Thank you to the previous guests who bought and left pool toys for others to use. They were a nice "extra" we didn't expect. There were even 3 boardgames to play in the evening. The listing description was accurate regarding the location, and reflected the rental's appearance and amenities very well. The property was very clean and fairly well-maintained. Debbie was easy to work with and helpful whenever we had a question. We would love to stay here again. We were able to tour the area and use this house as a central location from my Mom's new house to Gila Bend and North to Cave Creek / Surprise. Nearby golf courses were nice too. Mom had access to her Community Center in Estrella Ranch which made activities extra special. Grocery shopping was very close by and easy to get to.

We stayed here last year and had bought some items for the kids to use in the pool and when we came back this year they were still there!! Such a comfortable home and close to everything...Debbie is a gem!! Thanks for sharing your home with us again, hope we can continue to stay with each visit!

We just recently stayed at this house last weekend. A few of us had a family wedding to go to and it turned out to be a wonderfully cheaper alternative to rent out this house rather than a hotel room. It is enormous and very comfortable to stay in. Everyone that stayed raved about how rested they felt and how much of a home feel it has. We really enjoyed our stay and the owner was extremely accessable and willing to help make our stay the best possible. It turned out to be a wonderful weekend.

We've rented houses for 6 winters and this ties for first place on our list of favorites. The owner, Debbie, was very accommodating and made it perfectly clear she wanted us to be happy and comfortable during our stay. Our visit lasted 3 months and during that time we came to thorougly enjoy the house, the neighborhood and the Goodyear area. This area is known as the West Valley and is perfectly located for travelling/exploring (one of the prettiest areas is nearby at the Estrella Mountain Ranch lake area). We and our guests found the beds to be very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and attractive with tree lined streets. We highly recommend this rental.

We spent a great extended weekend in VRBO property 185654. This spacious home allowed plenty of room for our large family. The location is great. Easy in and out of PHX and downtown Phoenix and easy access to shopping, dining, sports complex, the interstate and about anything else we needed that weekend. Would stay at this property again in a heartbeat. Much better location than Scottsdale.

Six of us spent two wonderful weeks at this property while participating in the Men's Senior Baseball tournament held in greater Phoenix area. We found the property fit our needs perfectly and the owner was wonderful to work with. The price was certainly a huge factor in selecting this property and it was all it was said to be. The furnishings were nice and the space was unbelievable. Amenities were plenty and the house was maintained and clean. An additional working TV would have enhanced the stay and some additional furniture in the small bedroom/office would have been nice. We plan to return next year.

Me and my family stayed here in October 2010, we had a great time. We are already planning to stay again in the summer time. Nice get away quiet place. Nice place to stay at if you are also going to some games in pheonix football,baseball, basketball and hockey

My family was so comfortable &had so much fun.We were minutes away from great restaurants,malls cardinals football stadium &the Arizona Diamonback stadium.Great vacation getaway I slept like a PRINCESS!!! I cant wait to go back we had a great time.The house is VERY BIG good to have lots of family time.Loved the pool with the slide.It doesn't get any better than this you gota check it out for your self

This house is everything it said it was and more. We took the whole family over for a week long getaway. One of the reasons we choose this house over the others is because of the gated pool area and location. The grocery store is nearby along with shopping and restaurants. We would spend hours in the pool and then relax while watching a movie on the big screen. We plan on going back in the winter so that we can enjoy the fireplace and warm bubble baths in the jacuzzi tub. We had plenty of room for everyone and the kids loved the park that is right there in the neighborhood. Can't wait to go again.

My family visits Arizona 1-3 times a year and usually stay in a condominium and this time we had 3 extra people with us so we decided to rent a house, best decision ever. We had a graduation open house with about 25 people and there was more room than we could use. Excellent location and a quiet neighborhood. Thanks for sharing your house!!

We spent 6 weeks in this large, beautiful home. We absolutely loved it. It is in a quiet neighborhood with restaurants and shopping in close proximity. As great as the home was, the owners were the absolute greatest! They could not have been more accommodating, attentive and helpful - but they also left us alone. We really felt like we had a home away from home. We would have tried to return next year but we wanted to be closer to the golf place where we play. So, if you want a wonderful getaway, look no further.

My husband signed a travel contract in Arizona and we were looking for a home to stay in with our three children. Debbie was wonderful and rented us this spacious comfortable home. We really enjoyed the private pool and kid friendly neighborhood. The is located near great shopping, entertainment, and many local parks. If you are looking for the comforts of home while on vacation you should stay here. It is a great home!
