This 1200 square foot, two bedroom condo sleeps six comfortably. The main level has an entry for snowy boots from a day in the winter wonderland. The bedroom on the first floor is spacious with two twin beds (makes into a king bed) and has corner window that frame the famed Peak One, one of the most jagged summits on the Ten Mile Range. There is a tall dresser and a large closet.
The living room has two over-stuffed couches, custom aspen log furniture, a fire place, and a 40" HDTV with cable TV and a DVD surround sound system. The five full length windows are south and east facing for amazing morning light. The dining room has a hand-made juniper stump table with a glass top that seats eight surrounded by hand-made aspen chairs with snowshoe lacing. The kitchen has wood flooring and is surrounded by green slab granite counter tops. All appliances are state-of-the-art and the kitchen is a dream to prepare meals for your family and friends. All of the furniture was made in Silverthorne, Colorado and Moab, Utah just for this unit. There is a full bathroom with granite counters and a full tub with a tile surround. A queen-sized inflatable bed can be put up in the living room to accommodate two.
A set of spiral stairs takes you to the master bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and lined on the east wall with windows that look towards Lake Dillon and Keystone Ski Area. A king size custom wood framed bed is the centerpiece of this room. A long dresser and a tall dresser plus a roomy closet allow for plenty of space for your belongings. There is a TV, DVD player and cable television. The master bathroom has a granite counter and tile shower with a full bathtub.
The unit has a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The entire unit has in-floor heat with very cozy carpeting. The entire theme of this vacation rental is luxury and comfort. A private and secure underground parking structure is heated with two parking spots for the unit.
The Bear's Den Condo's are one block off main street Frisco, Colorado. Frisco is the heart of the Rocky Mountain Ski Country. All ski areas are accessible by a bus stop on the same block as the condo. Copper Mountain is 4 miles to the west, Breckenridge is eight miles to the south, Keystone is eight miles to the east, and Arapahoe Basin is just a little further up the road. The world famous Vail and Beaver Creek are less than a half hour away. Within walking distance from the unit you can go fly fishing, hiking, rock climbing, ice climbing, trail running, biking, and many other outdoor activities. The dining and shopping are second to none in the high-country. Frisco is very family friendly and there are activates like outdoor concerts, races, and other celebrations almost weekly.
