The condo has two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and a full bathroom. The master bedroom and roomy loft (which sleeps two persons, as well) directly overlook the Blue River and mountains. There is also both a double and single air mattress available.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with newer appliances, perfect for a barbeque on the private balcony, which also overlooks the river. Other amenities include a gas fireplace, gas grill, heated garage, 2 TVs, DVD player, X BOX, washer / dryer, and a hot tub 30 yards away.
LOCATION: The condo is located North of downtown Breckenridge. It is just around the corner from the Breckenridge Public Golf Course, rated one of the top golf courses in Colorado.
