Enjoyed our stay and your lovely beach house. We enjoyed cooking and the kitchen was well equipped. The set up was perfect for our family with the two levels. My husband and I appreciate your hospitality and the warmth of this house - it was truly a comfortable stay.

What a great house! Been here twice before . . . and I told my family they'd love it here and they do! Weather was great! Thanks for everything! Really needed this vacation and hope to have many more in this house! Love all the room and the roof top deck!

Second time staying here. The perfect house for our two families to enjoy. The fresh paint on the walls looks wonderful. Everything you could possibly need is here. We had a great time as usual. I'm sure we will be staying here again.

We just enjoyed our second year here . . . Being in a beautiful house with a glass of wine & good friends makes it all better! We really had a nice time. We love to cook a nice dinner and breakfast for the group. You make it so easy because you have great cooking supplies. Your house looked great with the updates. We are all "clean freaks" and your house is perfect. Thanks again for a great weekend . . . we had a great time relaxing and reconnecting in your beautiful home. Thank you so much for letting us use your amazing home for a weeklong vacation that we will not forget anytime soon! We were fortunate in having beautiful weather all week, added the location and interior of the house left little else to want for. Your home is truly lovely and a real retreat from the daily grind that we escaped by vacationing in LBI. We have been staying (in your home) since it was first built and we feel lucky that we got a chance to still rent it (this year) . . . We love the new furniture and the thoughtful "Welcome Binder". . . . your house is one of the nicest we have been to, and we have been at some nice places!! Everything one would want is there...we love to cook, and you are really nicely equipped in that regard. Great pots and pans, and there was "stuff" in the kitchen (e.g., spices, salt, trash bags) and as I always do, I tried to leave more than I used. My husband mentioned the other day that he thought your grill was the best!! We appreciated the second family room - my daughter and her friend, only there for two short nights, enjoyed it particularly. A second bar/fridge is nice too. The fans, upstairs living room/dining room furniture, game/kids table, loads of storage and nice bedroom furniture was definitely noted by all of us. Your house has a nice, fresh, clean look with new comforters . . . And, by the way, your block is a blast!! What great neighbors you have!!! You are very lucky in that regard. Such a warm, friendly, family feeling....very nice people. Made me want to figure out a way to buy a third house -:)
