This cottage is located 1 mile from route 123, minutes from restaurants and shopping and just 10 minutes from Death Valley. It is on a dead end road with very little vehicle activity. No worrying about children.
Recently remodeled, it is ready for those football weekends or family getaways. The lake, with terrific views is right off the front yard. Located on a good-sized cove, this cottage provides an opportunity for all the guests to watch the skiing, boarding or tubing.
You can enjoy four bedrooms with two full baths (with a total of 9 beds), a large eat in kitchen with all the appliances and cooking utensils you are likely to need, a TV room with a 46” flat screen, a sound system to make you think you are at the theater and a large deck overlooking the lake.
Did we mention the private pool in the back yard or the private boat ramp for your use right next door? There is plenty of dock space for your toys. Space available for parking cars, trailers or RVs.
If you are an early bird, enjoy the sunrise with a hot beverage from the deck. The sunsets are beautiful from the edge of the cove.

Room 1: King size bed and private bath
Room 2: Queen size bed, bath across the hall
Room 3: 3 Bunk beds..yes six actual mattresses
Room 4: Queen size bed. Private door to shared bath
Need more? 2 less fortunate will have to use the sofas

2011 ***Summer rate (6/1 to 8/31) is $175/night with a minimum of 5 nights. ***
2011 ***A full seven night week is $1,090. ***
For last minute rentals, call within 7 days of check in for less than 6 nights.
Off-season (9/1 to 5/31) the rate is $170/night with a $500 minimum.
2012 Summer *** 7 nights for $1,500, or $225/night with 5 night minimum. ***
All rentals requie a $500 deposit due at contract signing.

My friends and I graduated from Clemson some time ago, but get together for 1 game a year and for the last 2 years we've stayed at the Hoolihan House and hope to again this year! The owner is great to work with, the house is perfect for a group of couples/singles alike. The kitchen is stocked and great for "family" meals to save some money & the location is great! The views are outstanding from the porch and it's just a couple miles from Clemson/Death Valley. I look forward to another great year thanks to the Hoolihan House!

This house was wonderful. We had a group of 10 for a holiday weekend and it accommodated us all just perfectly. It was spacious, clean, and the pool was amazing. I would definately recommend this house for a larger family with younger or older children or just a group of friends. The covered boat dock was a plus also. The paddle boat and kayaks were great for an afternoon adventure on the lake also.
