The Unique Benefits of this House
With a great layout and feel this is the home to be at. The upstairs rooms have french doors that lead out to the wrap around deck to give everybody a little bit of privacy. The house holds a huge back yard with 2 boat slips that have just been completely re-built. The back deck has also been rebuilt as well and spans the length of the house for your comfort. The canal that Blue Heron is located on leads out to the mid section of the Destin Harbor, so if you have a boat this is a perfect choice. If you are wanting to go to the beach instead and swim in the crystal clear water it is only 2 blocks away!
