We have owned this property since 1985 when we went on vacation to Hatteras and just fell in love with the area. The new building sits on the site of the Old Durant Station Lifesaving Station, Some of the original station that was washed away by Hurricane Isabael has been incorporated into the new building. Come and enjoy peace ,Quiet and beautiful long Clean beaches and warm water

I have stayed at this condo several times over the last few years. The owners are great to deal with, the place is spotless and very well maintained, not to mention the view is FABULOUS!!! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare great meals, and the location is close to everything, but seriously, you could stay here for a week and never leave once and be perfectly happy!! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Went down December 10-17,2011. I have been going to the Outer Banks for 30 years. This was the best place I have ever stayed . The ocean is so close . Beautiful view . Kitchen had everything I needed. I felt so at home! So nice to have a great bed to sleep in . So comfortable!! Elevator was great. Radio/CD player in kitchen and I love to listen to music while I cook. This was great . Just loved the way it had been decorated. Just made you feel right at home. Thank you so much

Just got back from staying in this condo. The view was fantastic and the location was exactly what we were looking for. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. It was tastefully decorated and well stocked with supplies. The neighbors were very friendly and the beach was not crowded at all. The area is a small tourist village (not a Wal-mart or McDonald's for miles!) which was very refreshing. Plenty of local eateries and shopping. We loved this unit!

We had such a wonderful time on our Hatteras vacation. The location of the condo was perfect. Quiet yet close to restaurants. The condo was clean and well equipped. We loved our view and the closeness to the pool and the ocean. The last morning there we were able to see dolphins playing while sitting on the balcony! A great condo we highly recommend!

This condo was absolutely wonderful!! Very clean, very quiet, and the view off the deck was amazing! We saw dolphins in the water all the time from the deck! If you are looking for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, do not hesitate to go with this one! It way exceeded our expectations!! The beach was not crowded and my mother-in-law found a bag of shells everyday! The pool was very refreshing. The beds were comfy. In fact, the whole condo was comfy! Great area too! As others have said...Dinky's was a good food choice. Sonny's was great for a big carb breakfast before playing in the ocean. A very short drive to the free ferry to Ocracoke. We parasailed just down the road. And lots of Captains at the marina willing to customize a boating excursion for you! Go to Risky Business at 4:00 and watch all the fishing boats come back!! This was a great condo in a great area! I will definately book this one again!!

Thanks, we enjoyed our quaint paradise this past week. My mother particularly loved the beach as she could sit on the deck right on the beach. She was reminded of the Gulf Coast before so much commercialization. The condo and community were handicapped friendly. Your hospitality was of course grand and appreciated. Thanks for your patience with our last minute planning. Thanks for the restaurant and attractions information. The condo is functional and friendly.

We stayed in this unit in September, 2009 and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo was cozy, nicely decorated and most importantly very clean. The unit had everything we needed. We were surprised at the clubhouse and its pool table and TV. We were also surprised to have a front deck to sit and watch the beautiful sunsets over the sound. Of course our favorites were the balcony and view of the ocean. Take in Dinky's restaurant; the decor, food and setting overlooking the marinas, boats and sound will not disappoint. Harbor House Seafood Market has excellent prices and absolutely fresh seafood. The proximity to the Ocracoke Island Ferry, Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and lighthouses were all a plus. It was exactly what we were looking for in our first trip to Hatteras. We're looking forward to our next visit!

This is a beautiful, clean, well-maintained unit. It’s full of homey, whimsical touches, has a fully equipped kitchen, and many extra details are provided to make your stay easy and comfortable. The oceanfront deck is wonderful and includes a table and four tall chairs so you can even eat out there. The living area is a bit small but has carpet, very comfortable seating, and a big screen tv. Great rental!

Wow – what a great place. You can’t get much closer to the ocean than this. Condo is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and beautifully decorated. Loved sitting out on the ocean-front balcony watching the pelicans dive for their dinner. Oceanfront pool and hot tub were great. Hatteras Village is very quiet and serene. There are quite a few good restaurants nearby. Dinky’s is especially good. Great place for relaxation, fishing, and just chilling on the beach. Would definitely rent this condo again.
