Our first impressions were great, and everything was clean and the furnishings were good quality. There was plenty of room for our extended family. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool and there were plenty of family competitions in the games room. All of the bedrooms were of a good size and there was plenty of bedding, towels, crockery and cutlery. Using the short cut to Disney via Sherbeth road was great. The Outback Steakhouse was good for all of the family. We would try to book this villa again when returning to Florida and Carolyn was very helpful with all of our queries.

Great villa! Remember to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish soap, and food including condiments.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Owner response: Thank you for your comments, however this is a self catering holiday. As in common with most villas, we do provide a start up kit of toilet paper and hand soap in each bathroom as well as a kitchen roll. Due to regulations, food from previous guests cannot be left in the villa.

We recently stayed at this beautiful home. Everything was very nice, the rooms are perfect sizes we fit our family of 10 very comfortably. The Windsor Hills complex is very beautiful and safe. The main pool area is clean and very fun. The kids especially enjoyed the waterslide. The complex is centrally located and close to all the amenities needed. I would easily stay at this location again. enjoy.

I stayed here with my whole extended family. Ages 1 to 61. Everyone had a fabulous time. The home is beautiful and clean had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. I especially loved sitting on the lanai every morning to drink my coffee. The kids loved the game room and the pool. Everything was exactly as described. Carolyn was so helpful answering all of my questions before we went. The house is so close to everything and in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. 2 families, 4 adults & 5 kids - it was a perfect fit for us. The location can't be beat, close to everything. The community pool was beautiful! We hope to come back in the future, it was awesome! The owner is very nice and responds quick.

Perfect Family Holiday Home

On our first visit to Florida we stayed in this gorgeous house with our 2 children (9&7) along with our friends and their children (10&7). It is set in a great location just 5 minutes from Animal Kingdom. Windsor Hills is a secure gated estate with 24/7 security guards. There is a club house & large pool with slide at the entrance to the estate & we found the staff there very helpful & friendly. The facilities within the house were excellent and the kids just didn't know what to play on next - the free wifi came in handy too for the adults. There was more than enough space for the 8 of us to relax on an evening after a day in the parks. We called the facilities management company regarding a broken toilet flush & they were out next day to fix it. Leading up to the holiday, Carolyn was very efficient in confirming details & answering queries and I would have no doubts whatsoever in recommending this house as a great base to explore from & relax in.

My daughters, grandchildren, sister,nephew,and I all had a great time. When the kids were not at the theme parks they lived in the pool and game room. The accomodations were as beautiful as those in the pictures.The management team responed to our needs in a prompt,professional, and efficient manner. We were absolutely delighted.The office staff at the club house were accomodating and printed our airline boarding passes for us the day before we departed. My family and I enjoyed a fantastic 2 week stay in May and have to to the villa met all of our expectations. Most of our party have never been to Florida before and while the attractions are stunning they all left planning future holidays based around a villa such as this. We had space, entertainment, cleanliness and prime location for getting out to the parks and the many eating establishments the 192 has to offer... Management and Carolyn dealt with any queries quickly and efficiently. My over riding memory though will be sitting with my grandson at 6.30am each morning with our feet in the pool eating our cereal watching the sun rise....I wouldn't hesitate recommending the villa to anyone looking for a great base for a family holiday.

This villa was perfect for our family, it had eveything we needed for our stay in florida. The villa is beautifully furnished and catered for everyone especially our babies. The children thoroughly enjoyed there stay with the games room and the pool, and there was plenty of room to chill out relax after a busy day. Myself and my family would definitely rent this villa again.

The home provided our family reunion and Disney vacation the perfect place to be together and rest from our daily activities. The home is new and in pristine condition. It still smells new. The furnishings and all of the home's "accessories" (multiple LCD TVs, DVD players, Playstation, XBox, Wii, etc.) were in perfect condition and operation. The pool area and BBQ grill (although weather precluded out use) were also great. We loved the mattress and bed in the Master Bedroom...so much so that when we were departing we removed the linens and wrote down its make and model. We couldn't have been more happy with the support we received from Carolyn. She answered every question and supported our every need. We can't wait for our next Florida vacation. We'll be sure to book early because we've decided there's no other place for us. The "Florida Escape" villa will be our home away from home on every visit we make.

Lovely villa poor management ompany

The villa is beautiful and the pool/spa absolutely lovely (although we had to ask for it to be warmed a bit more as wasn't quite warm enough). There was plenty of space and the games room was great for the kids. The free internet was useful and i found the owner to be helpful and she acted quickly with the pool temp issue. I had 1 negative experience, but that was to do with the management company. They had not cleaned the BBQ properly before our arrival and although we cleaned it to a better standard before leaving they still charged us $50 for a clean (you also get charged $35 dollars for any moved furniture). I did request for the fee to be waved but to no avail. Reply from owner - ''Even if you had arrived and had to clean the BBQ before you could use it, (personally I always clean anything before I use it), I still would have expected you to have left it clean so as to avoid the cleaning charge which is mentioned everywhere.'' Please do not let this issue put you off as the place is lovely and you would be missing out on a lovely villa, just make sure you check everything on arrival as I should of!

Owner response: I am sorry that you were unhappy with the $50 BBQ cleaning charge which was deducted from your security deposit. Photos taken after your departure and forwarded to you show that the BBQ was not left clean. We have notices up in the villa, in our contract and arrival instructions regarding the charge should the BBQ be left dirty. If as you claim the BBQ was not clean on your arrival then this should have been reported and we would have arranged for it to be cleaned for you, no one wants to use a BBQ with the remains of someone else's meal on it. We always bend over backwards to help guests as we did regarding the pool heating, upon hearing from you that the the pool was cooler than you expected we immediately authorised our Management Company to increase the temperature and we ran the pool heating 17 hours a day during your stay. We also authorised a late check out that you requested at short notice, luckily the cleaners were able to accommodate the last minute change to their schedule at no extra cost. I am not sure what you are referring to about the $35 charge for moved furniture as we do not have any such charges!!

This home was exactly what my family and I needed it to be. It's spacious, clean, and the property mangers/owners were the most delightful helpful and most professional! We throughly enjoyed our stay and I would most definitely reccommend this home to any large family or serveral small families looking for comfort, fun, relaxation and location!! 5 STARS, a PLUS this home is a MUST STAY!!!! Excellent choice for our vacation!! The house and the amenities were more than we expected. My kids and teenager nephews enjoyed the pool and game room after the parks. Very near from Disney Parks, outlets, restaurants and supermarkets. The house was clean and the property managers were very nice and helpful. Some friends already asked me for the property ID number to check it out for their vacations.

This is a beautiful house. Everything about it is perfect. I have been recommending this house to people that I work with. We had four adults and four children in the house for 6 days, then added a set of grandparents for the last few days and we had plenty of room. Everyone had a wonderful time in the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house for our extended family

We stayed here for 8 days in August and had a great time. Our extended family consisted of 4 adults and 7 kids ages 7,8,11,13,14,16, and 17. It's rare that a house can meet the needs of everyone, but this house certainly did. Hard to pick the highlight of the house, but it probably would be the air-conditioned game room. The kids loved taking the afternoon off from the parks and coming back here to plug in the ipod, and play video games and/or a game of pool. Everything in the game room was in excellent shape and up to date (i.e. Wii and Sony Playstation III). This home is one of the few with an air-conditioned game room and that was key in the August heat. We all loved having the space to spread out! Whether in the game room, upstairs on the computer, out by the pool (plenty of seating & in very good shape), in front of the TV in the great room, or comfortably lounging in the living room, there was plenty of space for all. The beds were all very comfortable and we appreciated the bed configurations (kings, twins, bunks). The bathrooms were also spacious and clean and the supplied linens were plentiful and of nice quality. Equally important was the fact that at meal times, there were plenty of plates, utensils and seats around the table. A large gas grill, outside by the pool, was provided at no extra charge and we took advantage of making a few of our meals on it. In this situation, again the owner considered that larger parties would likely rent this house and we were able to easily fit dinner for all 13 of us on the grill. Finally, the owner was very easy and pleasant to deal with. All inquires were responded to quickly and thoughtfully. We needed to call the management company once for something (can't remember what) and they were readily available for help. In summary, this is a great home, in a great area and with a very helpful owner and management company. We felt spoiled and if we decided to rent again in the kissimmee area, we would not hesitate to rent this beautiful home again.

We stay at the villa for two weeks with two other families with kids and we had a great time at the property. The house is absolutely awesome, clean, well decorated, well equipped, with a beautiful pool and spa. We had a great time with our family and friends; it was very nice to come to a "home" after a long day at the Disney parks, where we were able to cook a good meal instead to be have to eat out. The owners as well as the administration were always available to us, providing a great customer service. We would recommend the house to friend and family and we would consider the property again for future holidays You will enjoy it very much if you rent it!!! Mariana

I can’t say enough about this 5 star villa. Carolyn was nothing but helpful and professional! This immaculate home has everything you could wish for. My family didn’t want to leave!!! When people ask my 4-year old son what he liked best about his Disney vacation he says, “playing in the game room at the house with his cousins.” I have rented 4 other homes from the cyber rental site. This home was by far the best. The pictures don’t lie!!! They didn’t miss a beat when they were building this home. It’s beautiful! I would definitely recommend this home to my friends and family or to anyone planning a Disney/Kissimmee trip. It was great to come back to a comfortable home after a long day at the park, sit back and relax. My family is planning on another Disney vacation in 2010 and we will definitely be staying at this home!!

The house is lovely and roomy. The children would have been happy staying there playing pool, playstation or xbox. It was conveniently located. It was only minutes from Disney, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay there on our next trip to Disney. We loved it!!!!

I used this house for a engagement gathering I had, and everyone just loved it. All the games, beautiful bedrooms, and wide open space. The house was fully furished with the latest games and LCD TV's. I would recommend this house to everyone.

My family and I just returned from our vacation in Florida and we could not have asked for a better vacation home! Windsor Hill vacation villa was absolutely beautiful! The hosts have great taste in furnishings and the overall decour of the house. There was plenty of room for everyone to just spread out and relax. The kitchen provided everything you could possibly need to prepare quick or elaborate meals for a large crowd. One of the most exciting rooms for the majority of the family was indeed the games room. That room provided hours of fun for everyone! I cannot say enough good things about this home. However, there is one other aspect of finding the perfect vacation home that I must comment on--customer service. Carolyn was simply pleasant. A member of her management company also stopped by the home to make sure everything was fine. We were there 10 nights and would have loved to extend our visit. YOU WILL DEFINITELY ENJOY AND LOVE THIS PLACE!
