Sol Palmas is fully air-conditioned and has a complete security system. It's spacious interior is beautifully appointed with rattan and wicker furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances including a full sized refrigerator, gas stove and cook top, microwave, toaster oven, blender as well as plates and cookware. All kitchen equipment and furnishings are new as of May 2008.
The floor to ceiling glass doors open onto an outside patio at the rear of the property with 2 steps to your own 25 x 15' private swimming pool. The property is fully fenced with soft lighting for the evenings. Optional maid service can be arranged, as well as a chef for specific occasions. Special arrangements have been made for guests of Sol Palmas for access to snorkeling and sunset cruises, car rentals and preferential treatment at The Hyatt Aruba for dining and the renowned Sunday Brunch. There is also a 6.5 meter ocean kayak at Sol Palmas for guest use.
Sol Palmas is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from the capital of Oranjestad for dining, shopping, sightseeing, grocery delivery and even a cruise ship terminal. Groceries and liquor are also available at the Wei Ming Supermarket, located only 1-2 minutes from Sol Palmas. Other amenities within close distance to this vacation home include two Robert Trent Jones golf courses, Aruba's most popular beaches, Palm Beach and Eagle Beach and the snorkeling destinations of Arashi and Malmok Beaches. Whether you stroll along the beaches and watch the sunset, experience Aruba's bustling town center or even relax in the tranquility of this beautiful vacation home, Sol Palmas is the perfect vacation destination for you.

I have traveled extensively to many vacation destination spots and settled on Aruba as a place to buy due its unique mix of Dutch, South American and Caribbean cultures. I believe if you are lucky enough to vacation here you will find the people friendly and accommodating.
Why the Owner Chose Noord
The weather and the fact that Aruba is one of the safest islands in the Caribbean. Unlike many other vacation destinations, where it can sometimes be unsafe to leave resorts, you can travel freely around the island without being hassled. Other benefits include the excellent restaurants, high quality of food and the fact that the water is safe to drink from the tap.
The local living standards are good. Medical and hospital services are good and available. For the most part, there is no language barrier when dealing locally.
