A lot of thought has gone into the design of this centrally located, four bedroom Prague apartment, which has just been completely renovated. It combines romantic charm with sleek modern touches. High ceilings with wooden boarders, chandeliers, original parquet floors, French doors and large windows, blend with tasteful décor, to give this self-catering apartment a style and charm all of its own. This unique Prague apartment is also practical. We offer a great deal of flexibility for large or small numbers. Each of the four large bedrooms has double or single beds, there is a large elegant living room with TV ,DVD and satellite, a sofa bed with seating for six, a large hall with dining table (seating for 10) a brand-new kitchen with oven, hob and all kitchen appliances, a kitchen table and chairs, dining table with seating for 10, separate toilet (1 sink) and modern bathroom (2 sinks). This Prague apartment is located just 100 meters from Wenceslas square, the National Museum and Opera House. From here it is a short walk to Old Town, the historical centre of the city, where you will find the astronomical clock. Close to here is the Charles Bridge and Mala Strana. The apartment is less than a minutes walk from three central metro and tram stations, Museum, IP Pavlova and Nam Miru, which take you to all parts of the city. Tesco supermarket is also a minute away by foot. This beautiful Prague apartment is located in the prestigious residential neighbourhood of Vinohrady, where you will find many of the city's best bars, restaurants and clubs. A short walk away is Prague's most beautiful park, Riegrovy Sady, from where you can enjoy stunning views of the city and castle while escaping the crowds. From here, it is a short walk to the city's largest open beer garden where you can drink, chat, watch a sports game, listen to music, or just soak up the atmosphere.

Why the Owner Chose Prague

After living in Prague for two years and spending a year researching the property market, I chose the location of this apartment, on Balbinova street, in 2004. I feel this location encapsulates the best of both worlds. It is just behind Wenceslas square (3 mins walk) and close to 3 central metro stations. This enables quick access to all major tourist attractions. However, as the apartment is located on the border of Vinohrady, Prague’s most prestigious residential area, you are in a prefect position to benefit from tranquil surroundings. At the same time, you can also enjoy the many bars and restaurants which offer a truly local experience when you would like to escape the tourist crowds.

Buying, renovating and renting apartments is my main business, so you will benefit from a very customer-orientated, personal and professional approach during your stay. From the moment I receive your enquiry, to the moment you leave the apartment, you can be assured that your full satisfaction is our number one priority. You will be met at the airport by our friendly English speaking driver, who will take you back to the airport at the end of your stay. I always like to meet my guests so that they can benefit from the invaluable information and advice I can offer. I will also be personally on call to answer any questions and solve any problems you may have during your stay. Since I live in Prague, a short distance from the apartment, I am easily accessible at all times.
So far, we have had huge success with this Prague property, both in terms of bookings and positive guest reviews. We are looking to achieve 80% occupancy in 2009 and have had, at the time of publication, over thirty excellent five-star reviews written about the apartment since its launch in April 2008. Following this success, I’m currently looking to purchase other apartments in Prague, also aimed at the short-term rental market.

First of all, I would like to thank you for your interest in my Prague property and I would also like to take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself. I was born in Israel, grew up in London and have been living in Prague for the last 6 years. I have a number of apartments in the city, but this is my first venture into the short-term rental market. Due to the success we have enjoyed in the last year, this is an area of business I am very enthusiastic about developing.

This flat is very roomy, clean, and well-appointed. The location is great, and having a driver meet us at the airport was very helpful. The fresh flowers were lovely.

We just wanted to say thank you so much for making our trip to Prague complete with your amazing apartment. We felt instantly welcome and at home in the apartment and greatly enjoyed our stay there. Prague was beautiful and interesting and had great nightlife (M1 lounge and Karlovy Lazne being my personal favourites) and to come home to such a nice apartment just put the cherry on top. We couldn't find anything to fault, the location and condition of the apartment were great, it was extremely clean and tidy and the price was very reasonable. To finish it off Pavla was extremely accommodating and gave us a parting gift which just confirmed that we had definitely made the right choice in deciding where to stay. Your apartment was very good for us: a very wide, confortable, clean, nice apartment, and its collocation in the city is very strategic. Near the center, near station of underground and tram. From Balbinova it is easy arrive walking in all part of city, and the apartment is in a quite site of the city. I will speak about this accomodation with friends that will want to spend an holidays in Prague. It was an ideal accomodation for us, confortable also for our 3 children! Prague is a marvellous city, it seems to be in a dream, and we have good holidays in Prague. Thank you for your collaboration and disponibility to answer to all our questions and for a perfect organization, also in the parking.

Thank you very much for letting us stay in your lovely appartment. We were 1 large family meeting up and flying in from two different countries. It was a super way to meet. Your flat was spacious, clean and well looked after. Moreover it was central yet in a quite spot. We had a fantastic time and would be happy to recommend the flat to anyone.

The apartment was excellent, a lot bigger than we expected for such a central position in Prague. Ilan was a very good host and we had a wonderful stay, would definitely recommend :)
