The fourteenth-century Watch Tower called I Cerri quietly overlooks the countryside of the Spoleto Valley towards the Tiber Valley and Tuscany. I Cerri, with its sixteenth-century dovecote, has now been fully refurbished and is offering a cozy, refined base to those wishing to get to know this part of hidden Umbria and central Italy.
The self-contained, fully furnished flat is set out on two levels of the tower and contiguous buildings. The inbuilt floor heating works perfectly right throughout. There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. A delightful stairwell connects this floor to the living, kitchen and dining areas below, which lead out onto the terraces perfect for outdoor living in the warmer months. |
