Why the Owner Chose Sanibel Arms
We love the beachs and the extensive wildlife preserves on Sanibel. And the tallest building is only 45 feet, so there are no high rise condos or apartments. In fact, most are only one or two stories tall. With more than 50% of the island in protected areas we are able to enjoy a wide variety of animal species and vegetation. Of course, there are many fine restaruants to enjoy, from very casual to more formal. Biking, walking, tennis and golf are all readily available as well.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo was designed to be as "User Friendly" as possible, both for us and our guests. We simply don't believe that anyone wants to come to a relaxed vacation spot like Sanibel and have to be worried about keeping everything clean, neat and orderly. That's why we made extensive use of tile floors, granite counters and furniture that doesn't stain easily. Relax and really enjoy your stay.

This Condo was just perfect. It had everything that yo could need and more. Hopefully get to stay there again next year. The girls in the office so so helpful and was willing to to everything in the power to make this an enjoyable stay
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

From our guest book...... Dear Dave & Lisbeth, Your condo was the perfect place to spend two weeks on Sanibel with our toddler - easy access to the beach, very comfortable beds, the private lanai, well equipped kitchen...the list goes on and on! WE plan on returning next year.

From Our Guest Book.... My sister Gail and I are green with envy over those who discovered Sanibel "10" or "28" years ago!! (from other guest's comments) We LOVED it! The lack of crowds, the friendly people, the gorgeous beach. Everyone here is a friend. Your place is lovely - everything we expected and more..... Your pictures ae one of a kind - Sunsets, starfish, sunrises, even the storms!! Thanks for all your helpful tips - we loved it all. We are definitely committed to a return visit.

From our Guest Book....... This is a super condo! There was not one thing that we needed that was not available. Ceiling fans in all the rooms plus lanai is a nice touch. Thanks for putting TVs in the bedrooms.....I need it to fall asleep...:o)
