We love coming to our beach house and hope you do, too! This upstairs end-unit condo is just lovely. Three bedrooms and a sleeping loft will house two families nicely. Three full bathrooms, too! All decor and appliances are up to date and meticulously maintained. After a day at the beach or pool it is so nice to come back to a place that is as nice as most peoples homes!
We love to come and exercise on the running trails and in the pools, go outlet shopping, and walk to town for a nice dinner. Bethany is a wonderful family town that is close enough to Ocean City and Rehoboth boardwalks, but quiet and clean for those times you just want to chill out.
Our "Gold" rated unit is perfectly located in a quiet part of the development with a view of the lake, yet close enough that you can walk to the pools, fitness center, restaurants and beach (but you can take the free shuttle also!). Linens, towels, cribs and just about anything else you may need can be easily rented through a local company.

This is one of the nicest vacation condos we have ever stayed in! Sea Colony has so many amenities, the unit was SO clean and pretty, and Bethany is a great place to visit. I would highly recommend staying here, and plan to bring my family back!
