Unit #404 in the Suntide complex is a beautiful condominium remodeled in 2007. Wonderful fourth story view of beach and Gulf of Mexico from the large oceanfront balcony. For your convenience, unit #404 has high speed wireless internet and extra sleeping room with 3 beds and a pull-out sofabed. Watch the sun rise over the Gulf of Mexico from the master bedroom, patio, or living room. Step directly onto the beach and enjoy the sun and surf on your way to one of many beach restaurants within walking distance.
Unit #404's complex has a swimming pool (heated), sundeck, and hot tub also overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The lighted tennis court is on the Bayside, protected from the Gulf breezes. There are laundry facilities just steps down the hall, and a charcoal barbecue area on the ground floor. Mexico shopping is only 30 minutes away.
Unit #404 has a large fully furnished kitchen, separate dining area with bar and bar stools, and 20 feet of sofa seating. The living room has cable TV, VCR, and DVD. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and Cable TV, while the second bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. Both bedrooms have full baths. A pull-out sofa bed is also available to sleep seven comfortably.
