This is a cut above the rest. It is quiet, tranquil, romantic, beautifully decorated accommodations in a resort like atmosphere. Think Italian Villa in Hawaii!

(Two) One bedroom units available. Private outdoor dining by the pool with a kitchen and bath for guests pleasure. The evenings by the pool are magical, surrounded with tropical foliage and private lighted courtyard.

Why go to a hotel or condo where you are crowded in with other vacationers? Vacation like you live here with all the amenities and luxury you deserve. If you want action, you are a five minute walk to the only lawn ocean front park in Kona, you can be picnicking, fishing or just gaze in "awe" of the spinner dolphins that haunt this area. One more minute walk, and you are at a white sand, boogie board, surfing beach, five more minutes and you are at the number one snorkel beach. This beach is loaded with tropical fish and sea turtles.

Go ahead, walk over and have lunch at the oceanfront casual restaurant while you watch the snorkelers. Did I mention that you have not gotten in your car to enjoy all these amenities?

    • We were ever so lucky to have found Patricia's lovely Villa. Patricia and Dick have gone to great lengths to provide a peaceful and charming environment. You will fall asleep to the chirping of friendly geckos and wake to the singing of the birds. They are located far enough back from Alii drive that you do not hear the rumble of traffic, but are close enough to walk to the beach. Dinner is just a short drive away. The studio is simply charming with a bed so comfortable you might never choose to leave. Trust me, the banana bread is reason enough to stay. We can not wait to return.

    • We loved our stay at this luxury studio in an exotic setting. Waking up to the songs of birds and the warm tropical breezes was just what we needed. It is a quiet place with wonderful amenities. We enjoyed fixing our meals and eating poolside with other guests. The owners are wonderful and friendly. We would definately return to this property.

    • WOW!! We had the best vacation ever!! We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. The perfect place for us. This place had everything we needed and more. We are early to rise early to bed so the quiet was great. We miss our morning and sunset walks to the beach. Hearing the birds sing, the smells of the tropics, the sun on our face. We will be back!     • This was a wonderful place to stay while we relaxed in the warmth of the Big Island. It is new, clean, tastefully decorated and very reasonable in cost. We loved the pool kitchen and most nights, enjoyed grilling fresh fish for our meals there. There was usually fresh island fruit from the neighbors which was delicious! Also, it is extremely quiet there though quite close to Alii Drive. Loved hearing all the birds in the mornings. It was perfect for us! Thanks!

    • What a wonderful oasis. Close to everything Kona has to offer but away from the noise. Great hosts, beautiful accommodations! The freshly picked papaya from the property was a perfect start to our day. We have been to Kona many times and this trip was special because of where we stayed. Would we stay there again?     • I was hesitant to say anything good about the Villa. Reason: If too many people found out what a slice of paradise this is, there might be too much competition for my next stay!! Seriously, this property is more than what it claims to be. I have lived in Hawai'i and can say firsthand that staying here will put you in the "Aloha Spirit" the minute you go through the gates. Booking here is a can't miss proposition.

    • This place is absolutely wonderful! We stayed for a week... our hosts were incredibly nice and always available for questions/advice about pretty much everything; yet, we our experience was very private. The studio suites are clean and well equipped. The outdoor kitchen is a huge plus if you want to cook... huge gas BBQ also available. The pool is small, but perfect for catching some sun and taking intermittent dips to stay cool. The entire house is beautiful, very quiet and well located to beaches, restaurants etc. Really great for couples... All in all, very highly recommended.
