Casa Las Brisas is a fabulous 4 bedroom home located in the heart of Flamingo Beach and is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and the bank. The owners have added all the amenities necessary to make your vacation great! The upstairs covered terrace has a sink, frig., ice maker, bar stools and lots of room for relaxing to the views of beautiful Flamingo Beach, the ocean and surrounding mountains. The waves can be heard breaking at the beach. While downstairs, the kitchen and other outside area are furnished with every gadget needed for preparing any type of meal, including an outside BBQ. This also includes dishwasher, microwave, expresso coffee maker, and more.
However, if you prefer not to cook, one of the best restaurants in the Flamingo Area with a tapas bar is a short walk, about 100 yards, from the house. There are several other restaurants, bars, casinos, and even nightlife in the area. La Plaza, a beautiful new shopping center, recently opened and is at the base of the Northridge where the house is located.
Some of the extra amenities of Casa Las Brisas include satellite TV as well as Cable TV. TV's upstairs and downstairs. Wireless internet is provided. The home has 4 different bar areas to provide easy access to making that next drink!
Casa Las Brisas is located close to the marina area and makes a great base for those fishing trips. If fishing isn't your cup of tea, making relaxing at the beach in Flamingo or let us schedule your tourist activities such as canopy tours, rafting, horseback riding, sailboat or diving. Flamingo Beach is one of the oldest and well known areas of Costa Rica. And, this home is one of the best offers for your stay in the Flamingo area!

We had a fabulous family week at Casas Las Brisas. The home is large and comfortable for a family of five. One word of warning, the master bedroom on the second floor has a separate outside entrance and is not accessible to the first floor. That may not work for families with small children. Another word of warning, the management company did not give us any instructions about check out. We have stayed in many VRBO homes before, so we prepared the house as usual and dropped off the keys in the drop box as the management company was not open. Within five days they returned our damage deposit. Three days later they asked if we knew anything about two broken items in the home. We are honest folks and we would have told them had we broken anything. So we told them no, we were unaware of anything broken. A few days later there was a charge on our cc. I emailed them asking what the charge was for, but they did not respond. So I disputed the charge. They have not responded to my cc company either. But they have tried to charge us yet again and they again have not responded to my inquiries. Frustrating after such a beautiful vacation.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 3/3
