Casa Las Brisas is a fabulous 4 bedroom home located in the heart of Flamingo Beach and is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and the bank. The owners have added all the amenities necessary to make your vacation great! The upstairs covered terrace has a sink, frig., ice maker, bar stools and lots of room for relaxing to the views of beautiful Flamingo Beach, the ocean and surrounding mountains. The waves can be heard breaking at the beach. While downstairs, the kitchen and other outside area are furnished with every gadget needed for preparing any type of meal, including an outside BBQ. This also includes dishwasher, microwave, expresso coffee maker, and more.
However, if you prefer not to cook, one of the best restaurants in the Flamingo Area with a tapas bar is a short walk, about 100 yards, from the house. There are several other restaurants, bars, casinos, and even nightlife in the area. La Plaza, a beautiful new shopping center, recently opened and is at the base of the Northridge where the house is located.
