This condo is less than 5 mins. to Broadway at the Beach,less than 15 mins. from Hwy 501 South. Grocery shopping,Walmart,CVS, Walgreens,Costco,Sams club and various restaurants are in this neighborhood.Shopping -many Malls to choose from. Lots of Night clubs to choose from. Less than 10 minutes away from HARD ROCK PARK. Movie theaters are plentiful.
From this condo complex visitors can walk over to the beach in the early morning hours and enjoy the sun rising.
Getting in and out is easy because you are away from all the traffic leading up to the beach, you get to the beach faster. Sit at Broadway at the Beach restaurants and enjoy the Fire Works. This property is well maintained, very clean pool area, gym on site, 2 lakes with water fall on property. There is a car wash available for guests and owners only. In this unit we have separate laundry room with washer and dryer provided for guests. Linens and Towels provided. Upon visitors request we can accommodate guests for 2 weeks or more in Villa, once it is available. Owners would like to accommodate guests for long term stay in this Villa. Stay a few months until April 2009. Long term rental please reply to this listing by October 30th, 2008.
